It was a wonderful experience. Our guide was wonderful. She was funny and provided lots of wonderful information. So nice to skip all the lines. Nice break for toilet and cafe between Basilica and Palace.

Edi was energetic and excellent. She gave us a lot of historical background about Venice and the doges. She was also great about finding the best viewpoints and photo opportunities. Length of the tour was perfect.

From an easy meet up to a warm wrap up our guide (Michele) was knowledgable, attentive and engaging. Michele's passion for his hometown was evident as he showcased two of Venice's icons. He was very engaging with my younger niece and 18 year-old nephew assuring that they got just as much out of the tour as the 5 other adults did. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our private tour with Tallia. She was joyful, fun to be with, spoke great English and was very informative on all aspects of both St. Mark’s Basilica and Doge’s palace as well as Venice history. It was definitely a big plus to skip the lines. Highly recommend booking ahead!

We spent a few wonderful hours on this tour with an exceptional guide called Pamela Ganzitti
Pamela was so knowledgeable and friendly and felt like part of our group who would go out for a drink afterwards.
We kept at exactly the pace we wanted to go as there was a lot of information to take in.

This was a nice tour and streamlined the details which is what we needed. Our guide gave us great detail for the things we were interested in hearing about more and pointed out the gorgeous details in the Basilica we would've missed just walking through. She pointed out the weapons and jail cell prisoner details that showed how there were some extraordinary prisoners in residence. The explanation of the Doge's on the ceiling and in all the paintings, even the bad ones was interesting. I highly recommend this tour.
