I put one star because I can't give zero.
Unforgettable experience, the title says it all. Normally only good memories remain; well not for me!
5-6 hours by minibus to arrive in the middle of a very lit place (it's not great for seeing auroras) with great photos from the photographer promised. The guide took 6 blurry photos where there wasn't even half of the group!
On the way back he told us that we cannot always see auroras... but the other guides from the same agency took photos with auroras. So that’s what we could see that day. Too bad I spent €400 for nothing.
After complaining, I was offered to pay again to come on another excursion ahahahha well done!!!

We left even though there was a snowstorm which obviously made it impossible to see the aurora.
We walked around like idiots in a blizzard without seeing anything and just wasting time.
Terrible assistance, even rude and rude in their ways, I'm talking about the booking desk, not the guide who was good and tried in every way to make us see the dawn.

Almost everyone who takes a northern lights tour knows that the chances of seeing them do not depend on the agency but on nature, however motivation is essential in these types of trips. The driver was very friendly, however our guide was very basic, he gave us the minimum instructions at the beginning of the trip, about cell phones and cameras, basic explanation about the tour or the northern lights, minimal information about what we would do. During the trip he spoke the minimum and essential and always mentioning the high probability of not seeing the auroras. Whether or not you see the auroras does not depend on the agency or the guide, but motivation or at least knowing more about the experience would be much better.

Very enjoyable minibus tour lasting over five hours giving us maximum opportunity to see the Northern Lights. Our tour guide Anastasia and driver Andreas were both very friendly and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for them from taking photographs to preparing the camp fire on the beach on our third and final stop. We were so lucky with the weather and blessed to see the spectacular Northern Lights..A must do excursion on your visit to Tromsø.
