With the guidance of our chef Alexandra, you will learn to make classic Tuscan dishes using the finest local delicacies, after which you will enjoy a private tour of the vineyards and the XV century castle that’s been in the family for 17 generations.
Enjoy the lunch you prepared yourself on our panoramic terrace overlooking the rolling hills of Montalcino wine country. Each dish will be expertly paired with our own wine production.

This was an absolutely incredible experience. It started with a brief but informative tour of the wine cellar and castle, and then we got to cooking! My husband and I took the class with one other couple and the chef made it such a fun afternoon. We drank Prosecco while we made our food and then enjoyed a wine pairing once everything was cooled. The views were unmatched! I’d highly recommend this experience!

Alexandra had awesome personality and the pacing and view was great as advertised. We did the class with another couple but had a great time making and eating the food. Would highly recommend.

Amazing experience! Started with a brief tour then to the cooking area with a surreal view of rolling hills and grape vines. This mother and daughter team are exceptional! They Poured us glasses of the wine from the winery and off we went cooking. We made a meat dish, ravioli, pasta, and termasu from scratch and they made it fun and easy to follow. We Sat to eat all of our courses as they served us at a beautifully set table outside overlooking the Tuscan hills and valleys. One of the best experiences we had on our Italy trip! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful family cooking class!! We had a great time making pasta, drinking wine, eating delicious pasta with a gorgeous view of Tuscany! We have picky eaters, a food allergy and are vegetarians- they were super accommodating, which we really appreciated. We all had a great time (kids ages- 18,14 and 8 were all happy) One of our best days of our trip! Thank you!!!

Great experience cooking overlooking a vineyard with the fabulous instructor Alessandra. We ended up being the only two in the early morning class. What a lucky treat.
We took in the winery tour too. It was a great adventure.

Amazing! Our favorite experience during our one week stay in Tuscany. We booked the cooking class through Tours of Tuscany, a local tour company that provided above and beyond service throughout our stay. Run by a husband and wife team, the chef Alexandra is so engaging, friendly, warm, and an excellent teacher. She planned a menu that was interesting, yet appreciated by everyone with different tastes. She made the class interactive but without pressure, so we all enjoyed the experience regardless of cooking skill. Her kitchen was set in the gardens of a beautiful old old castle. The kitchen was designed to allow for two large picture windows to enjoy the view of the Tuscany landscape throughout your experience. Once your meal is ready, Alexandra serves you either inside or outside on a beautiful terrace, and provides wine pairings for each course. This experience is the one that we will be continuing to talk about with fond memories for many years.

Alexandra did an amazing job teaching our group. Her warm and welcoming personality kept the class upbeat and fun. She was very well prepared and had delicious, fresh ingredient for us to work with.
We booked our class through a local company, Tours of Tuscany and they were terrific as well. They were super friendly and flexible! Our large group required 2 vans (Mercedes) and both were clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Excellent, knowledgable drivers who answered all of our questions and gave us recommendations on restaurants.

Our family had an amazing cooking class with Alexandra. She is an incredibly skilled chef and the food and experience were SO AMAZING! Great view, awesome food and such a fun day with our two college-aged kids. We made tiramisu, ravioli and tagliatelle. Alexandra is so energetic, positive and instructive— really an amazing host for a wonderful family experience. Castello Tricheri is a special venue with a lot of history and Alice was also an excellent guide! Grazie Alexandra and Alice.

Excellent half day experience! Learn about the incredible history of the castle and the process for producing Brunello di Montalcino. Then, for the amazing part. We were introduced to Chef Alexandra - one of the best personalities we met during our Italy vacation. She is very entertaining and an excellent chef. She showed us how to make tiramisu, ravioli, Tuscan ragu over fresh pasta that we made, and a beef dish stewed in red wine for over 2 hours. Alexandra was excellent! The food was excellent! The Brunello was excellent! You will not be disappointed with this experience. Thank you Alexandra for this wonderful experience for our family.
