We went on Tuesday June 18, 2024. Got there around 11. There must have been 1000 preschool and day camp kids there bused in on school buses. There was so many kids it was terrible, we 2 adults with our 2 grandkids ( aged 16 and 11) couldn’t get close to see anything. Also, there were attractions closed for “special events”. I feel like I wasted money for nothing.

My trip to the Aquarium of the Pacific was absolutely fantastic! Thanks to Tripadvisor's Experience feature, planning our day was a breeze. I could easily find events and excursions in the neighborhood and purchase tickets right from the app, allowing us to skip the line and head straight to the fun with my twins.
The aquarium itself was everything I remembered from my own childhood, and my twins loved every minute of it. From touching sharks to marveling at seals, otters, and birds, every exhibit was a delight. The highlight was Pacific Visions, a new theater experience that captivated us all. I didn't expect my children to be so engaged, but they were mesmerized by the immersive 11-minute video and wanted more!
I highly recommend the Aquarium of the Pacific for children, including those with special sensory needs. It offers a perfect blend of education and wonder, making it an unforgettable experience for families. As an adult, it even made me feel like I was back in the ocean again. Don't miss out on this incredible attraction!

This was such a fun aquarium. My favorite part was being able to touch jellyfish!! It was a little behind in a corner, but glad I took the time to try and find it. It was fun for the whole family

We recently moved to LA and decided to visit the Aquarium of the Pacific, and it exceeded our expectations! Our 3-year-old absolutely loved every moment. From the colorful fish exhibits to the interactive touch pools, there was so much to see and do. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The aquarium is well-maintained and the place is easy to navigate. It's a perfect destination for families, and we can't wait to visit again!

Highly recommend this place for kids and family. Parking was easy. My kids loved the aquarium and the playground outdoor. The price was reasonable. There was a mall across the street with many restaurants. We spent half a day here and enjoyed the visit

Sat in line for the parking structure for 2 hours before leaving. Never got close to getting in. Do not buy tickets off this site, they oversell tickets knowing they will not give refunds

All of the staff were super friendly and informative. Very enjoyable experience. The shark exhibit was nice and the giant manta ray was incredible. We also enjoyed the Olive Ridley turtles and the jellies.
