It was a very different place to visit because of it being a volcanic island. The way they grow grapes w very little water. The driver was amazing how he maneuvered around the very small volcano park roads. We did have an issue with the air system on the bus, but half way we switched busses. Also first bus literally had no leg room at all, our knees touched the back of the person in front of us. Second bus we had so much more room. Over all compared to what the ship would charge for this 4 hr tour it was a great value for the money.

It was a wonderfully organized trip with great sights and competent support!
Despite problems with the air conditioning of the double-decker bus, a quick and uncomplicated solution was found (provision of two replacement buses at the next stop)! Very well managed.

The morning is wasted in shops and restaurants (which you are forced to go to because there are no alternatives) while the actual tour done in the afternoon is a race against time. Without a moment to really enjoy the visit and the landscape, with the constant pressure of having to get back on the bus. A tourist catcher designed to perfection.

Positive: good, experienced bus driver, picked up on time from AidaCosma, good information in the park from CD at a good volume
Negative: bus full of around 100 people, double-decker, very cramped for people 180cm tall! The tour guide tried very hard and talked constantly, which was extremely exhausting and unbearable if you were sitting directly at the loudspeaker. You had to force your ears to cover your ears. RELAXATION and enjoyment not possible! Unfortunately, when we asked for help, this was not done. Last stop at the farm, pointless and a waste of time, but good for a quick break from the blaring loudspeaker. No moving allowed, so the day was rather exhausting and not relaxing or pleasantly relaxed. The price is cheap compared to the prices on the ship. If you are small and petite and are not sitting at the loudspeaker, you might rate it differently. Price/performance OK, even though there is constant sound.

May day was ruined. Tour never showed. I waited at meeting point for almost an hour. Called 4x, text 2x.. nothing. Enlisted assistance of policia.. nothing. I have requested a refund. Guide emailed me and said basically my fault but I don't know how because I followed instructions to the letter, even double checked with police. I would never book with them again. I do not recommend risking your precious vacation time with these people. So very dissappointing I may never have the opportunity go there again. Horrible.
