Great trip, highly recommended. The guides are super nice and funny and always concerned about the well-being of the guests. In the morning we went snorkeling and saw stingrays, blacktip reef sharks and lots of colorful fish. Afterwards we had a delicious lunch prepared by our aunt and grandma. You eat on a paradise island with your feet in the water. Super delicious!!! In the afternoon we drove around the island in a jeep and stopped at a few places to look out. Our guide told us a lot of interesting things about the island. Great day! We would book again anytime

Everything about Bora Bora is amazing, the water, the mountains, the food, and especially the people. The tour was perfect and the absolute highlight of our trip to Bora Bora. Being able to get to the different parts of the lagoon and then swim with the rays and sharks will such a memorable experience! Absolutely 100% do this, even if you're afraid of sharks, you can sit in the boat and still enjoy the experience from the boat!! Also, the lunch was so incredible because you get a home cooked meal for lunch so you really get the taste of authentic cuisine and everything they served was delicious!

on the other hand the 4x4 tour is a tourist trap
You cover a very small part of the island of Bora-Bora in less than 2 hours on the main road, you climb twice to a Water Tower viewpoint and to the American Canon, then you stay 1 hour in a stand selling Chinese souvenir products and 3 handcrafted pareos. $$$
Little explanation, no culture, no legend, in short, we're bored...
You only have to take the boat to swim with the rays and sharks but if you go to Moorea save your money to go to the lagoon there
I do not recommend this combined 4x4 experience

This tour was a mixed bag. The snorkeling was amazing! We swam with sharks, rays, and at a coral reef with many colorful fish. Based on the snorkeling, it's a 5* tour. And our guide was good. Unfortunately, we were placed on a different tour than the one we booked. We followed the directions of the person standing on the pier with a sign with our name on it. We ended up on a larger group tour and did not get the 4x4 land tour that was supposed to be included. Instead, we got 2 hours at lunch on a beach where the water was too shallow to swim for as far as the eye could see. We did not get the small group tour that we wanted. To their credit, the company issued the partial refund that we requested with no problem. We did not ask for a full refund because we did at least get the snorkeling even if we missed out on the land tour. My advice is to make sure you are on the correct tour BEFORE it begins.

What a fun day snorkeling with friendly mana rays, black tipped sharks, eagle rays and many other colorful fish. The guides were incredible and ensured we were in the right places to see the most fish and gorgeous coral reefs. They helped us on and off the boat and kept an eye on everyone for safety. Family made lunch on the beach was delicious. Unfortunately due to the weather we could not do the 4X4 tour but we were promptly refunded for that part of the tour. It was a fabulous experience!

Even after sending multiple communications through email and the Viator app, no response. We notified the tour of our arrival time and that we were being tendered and they still left without us. Upon arrival, the guy was still holding the sign with our names on it and he was of no help or assistance. We asked if we could meet on the tour ashes he suddenly didn’t speak English and he disappeared, leaving us at the port dumbfounded. We end up rent a vehicle from Avis and creating our on tour.

The tour company will not respond. We were provided a tour that only included the cruise. No 4wd tour was included. This was not what we paired for and have asked for a partial refund. They have not or maybe will not respond to our emails. Feels like a bait and switch. I’ll be contacting our credit card company.
