Manu is an excellent guide, entertainer and photographer. We had him for 2 full days. We did not research anything ahead of time we just relied on him, and he did not disappoint. He is very knowledgeable, fluent in English and fun to be around. We could not ask for a better guide. Highly recommend!!!!

We went on a day tour to Petrópolis- the imperial city, the summer residence of the former emperor of Brazil.
The tour was very interesting, we learnt a lot about a part of the history of Brazil.
Our tour guide Manu was very knowledgeable. He ensured that we had a great experience. I highly recommend Manu and his agency.

I organized a group of friends for a cruise departing Rio de Janeiro, and since all of us had never been to Rio before, I looked for a private guide to lead us on a day-long city tour. I found Manu by reading reviews online (just like you are doing right now!) and reached out to him. Manu replied and was very enthusiastic about creating something special for us. With 13 people in our group, Manu was able to secure a large tour van with a driver. He was also able to arrange a transfer from the airport to our hotels, and from our hotels to the cruise ship. And he set up a reservation for an amazing dinner, with transportation!
Manu is very familiar with Rio and has also lived in the United States, and was able to offer first-hand comparisons of life in Brazil. He absolutely loves his city and that affection comes through during the tour. Manu knew how to maneuver our group through busy sites and take advantage of priority entry where available.
I am so thankful that Manu was the one who introduced my friends and me to Rio and gave us an experience that we will remember fondly!

We were a group of 12, and Manu took us all over Rio for an 8-hr tour. He took care of all the tickets we needed for certain attractions, and was very knowledgeable of the history of Brazil. When we stopped for lunch, he was helpful in communicating with the waiter in Portuguese of what we wanted to order from the menu. Managing a group of 12 can be a challenging task, and Manu did it in such a professional and fun way.
I highly recommend Manu as your guide when visiting Rio... you will not be disappointed.

This was most definitely the best tour I have ever taken in a foreign country and it is all due to our very knowledgeable, English speaking tour guide Manu Peclat. His knowledge of the Rio history was splendid. Each stop was a story within a story. Friends ask what was your favorite part of your latest adventure and tell them the eight hour Rio Private Tour lead by Manu Peclat. I highly record Manu and his tour.

Manu was a phenomenal tour guide and gave us an excellent overview of the city. He was extremely friendly and a lot of fun. Manu tailored the day to our group and took care of us every step of the way. He is a wealth of knowledge and passionate about the city. I highly recommend anyone to spend a day touring with him and you will not regret it!

We had a wonderful time visiting Rio. Manu was an excellent tour guide, the best we’ve ever had. He was very knowledgeable, fun to be with and easy to talk to. We loved the food and sights he showed us. He helped us find an amazing hotel. He met us at the airport and everything was seamless. We always felt safe when we were with Manu. We started as strangers and ended as friends. We’ve had other members of our family use him as well and everyone has loved him. If you are traveling to Rio you won’t regret having Manu help you. We highly recommend him.

You will not go wrong with Manu for your private tour of Rio. He is passionate about his city and loves to share the best of Rio in a very personal way. I enjoyed every minute of the adventure. We had 3 days to explore and get to know Rio with our tour guide Manu. Manu has extensive knowledge of the city and we were able to learn so much about the history and details of the city through his engaging storytelling. We were also able to see so many sites in an efficient and convenient way.
Manu's great sense of humor and energy made our time fly by! He even took extra time for us to make sure we saw as much as possible. We would highly recommend Manu as your tour guide for this tour!
