Juan Carlos was fantastic! He is very patient and professional yet charismatic and personal. My friend and I had a great time at los cenotes. Will do it again.

Our guide for the snorkeling tour, Sofia?, was amazing and I would easily go with this company again to any additional cenotes or to try scuba at some point.

Pros
They reply when you contact them.
They are flexible if your only one diver
Dive masters can dive
Had a leak with my inflator, help me with fixing it
Abbas and Carlos was my diver masters - got the full package at open water / barracuda, turtles, puffers fish , and 2 dolfins can around to play when we where done.
Cenotes is a must ! / caves are AMAZING

Cons
Better price if you bring your own gear , but same story for everywhere

I’m coming back - doing the cenotes certificate ( only wine I don’t have ) se you next year

Three of us dove two cenotes with Victor today. He’s a great guide. Cozumel port was closed so we decided to dive the Cenotes and put the trip together last minute. Easy to work with these guys. Everyone is competent and friendly. The diving was great as well. Dos ojos and Angelita’s are fantastic.

I will add another 5-star review for Koox. My friend and I dove with them one day. The guide was terrific -- personality, information, diving, safety. We had a good day diving. The guide took us on one dive to assess the group's ability level. Then he selected a second dive that matched that ability level. (Good news for us: he gave us passing grades and we went to Dos Ojos.) They had all the equipment we needed. Everything went great.

I travelled to Tulum, Mexico in late October, 2023 with the intent to dive cenotes for few days on my way to Cancun and Mexico City. I found good reviews on Koox Diving and decided to book my dives with them as I wanted small groups – and was greatful I did! Initially I had some problems finding the dive shop but after some wandering around in the main avenue I found the shop. Payment was done via Paypal which I appreciate as well.

I ended up doing four cenotes dives with Koox and my Divemaster Victor (the Pit, Dos Ojos, Angelita and Car Wash) and had the best time! Due to low season it was only us two for all dives. All these cenotes are very different and spectacular! Visibility was phenomenal and the caverns are an experience.

Victor is extremely professional and was very clear on dive plan and respected my boundaries which made me feel comfortable with the dives as I have had a long break in scuba diving. Victor is also very knowlegable, approachable, respects the environment and is fun to be around with. In addition, Koox and Victor like to leave early for the dives which meant we had the cenotes to ourselves for most of the time which made the experience more profound and once-in-a-lifetime experience for me.

That being said - hopefully it won't be the last time diving the cenotes, and if/when I'll be returning to Tulum, I'll definitely continue booking my dives with Koox.

It was an amazing experience! Victor is very patient and professional, he prepared everything for us and clearly introduced all the cenotes to me. The view under the water was fantastic!

Great dive company small groups and great staff first day there 3 in the group and on the second it was only me and my dad

Me and my father had the best time with this dive service we got paired with Carlos as our guide. We did an open water day and a cenote day. The open water was cool with some wildlife some small swim thoughs witch made me want to do the cenote but I was scared the caves would be to dark and crampt. After telling my concerns to Carlos he assured me that there would be intermittent opening along the way so I thought about it and said to my self. You only live once and took the plunge .it was amazing so clear cool cave formations stalagmites and tiyts cool maneuvering areas and wild life it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it when I come back the only dives I will do here will be the cenote thanks again to our guide Carlos who was very aware of us and our surroundings preventing my dad from jacking up his head on some rocks

It was an amazing time that I will never forget

One morning we decided to do a cenote diving. So we went to Koox Diving centre without any reservation that day. Luckily they managed to book us for 2 cenote dives for the same day. We were assigned Antoine Guillois as our cenote diving guide.
We had a wonderful time in Cavern diving. Antoine is very caring to us and his concern to safety is priority but still having fun… so nice. We are very fortunate have Antoine as our cenote dive guide. If we have another chance in the future we will definitely reserve Antoine Guillois again at Koox Dive centre. Such a wonderful fella so we had an Incredible experience!! Thank you Antoine 🙏
