Great educational experience on the history of sake production, differentiating different types of sake, and suggested food pairings. This was much more practical than any winery tour we have ever done!

We had a great experience with Rieko who hosted our tour. She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared some really great insights on how to identify what our sake preferences were and how to select sake. The sakes we tasted were delicious and the food pairings a great way to see how this affects sake flavour. The tasting room itself is lovely and the brewery museum tour interesting. The only negative (and out of everyone's control) is that in May the brewery is not operational so a lot of what we discussed was theoretical and not actually happening (until Nov). Would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in Sake!
