We tried the pink, red and blue line and were all good. The drivers were all happy and gave great information along the way. I don’t remember the drivers names on the blue and pink line, but they were fantastic, especially the driver on the blue line, who had a wealth of knowledge. Chico on the red line was great and had a lot of knowledge to share with us on the ride. My only observation was that these trolleys don’t have seat belts and this could be a big concern if there were to be an accident as these trolleys sure drive around speedily. It would be great if there was another line that took you to Pearl Harbour and the Bishop Museum, but maybe that’s something the company can offer in the near future.

Z was a great tour guide. Fun informative and very knowledgeable. The scenery of the Blue line was awesome. Highly recommend if you want to get out and see the real Hawaii coastline.

We bought 4 of the 7 day passes we picked up at the Waikiki Shopping Plaza May 18th. Not one person mentioned to us to check the website daily for changes to the trolley service. On Sunday the 19th we had tickets to Diamond head with reserved times. The 4 of us waited at the Duke Statue after 20 min of waiting I called the Trolley #. I was told the Trolley was cancelled. We missed our hike lost our slotted time to Diamond Head. On Tuesday the two of us attempted to go to Diamond Head. Took the Trolley there. Once done with hike waited at the Trolley stop for over an hour for a ride back. Got back super late missed our lunch reservation. On Thursday May 23rd we went to Duke statue to wait for the Trolley. waited 20 min. then called found out the trolley pick up was redirected to a further stop no near us. There was no sign no indication we missed the Trolley again. I am trying to get a partial refund or full refund. Can't talk to a manager getting no where. I highly suggest alternative transportation we ended using UBER. Poor business practices by this company. Do not waste your time on your precious vacation.

This is THE way to get around Waikiki! So much easier than getting the car out and trying to find nonexistent parking. Deno is an interesting and entertaining driver. If you see him tell him I said “Aloha and Mahalo!”

In my group, there were 32 of us and the stay at the Prince Waikiki was absolutely the best! The hotel is luxurious in every area and it exceeded my expectations. It was serene and extremely peaceful. Every morning, I went down to the lobby to study and read in and outside and I found such joy in the quietness of it all. What I loved: the Infinity pool, 100 Sails restaurant, gym, yoga by the pool, the closeness of the mall (2 minute walk from the hotel), simple excess to the beach, International Market Place. and on and on and on. This list is not exhaustive. There is so much that I cannot fit into this review. Room service, concierge, and staff were all very friendly and very professional. This is always a plus for me. My husband and I had the ocean front view of the harbor and the ocean and when I say " it doesn't get any better than this," it is an understatement. Gorgeous!!! Gorgeous!!! Gorgeous!!! Looking out at God's creation every morning and what He allowed man to do with it was breath taking. This is my third trip to Hawaii and I am always in awe of the beauty. My contact, Brent L., worked with me for almost a year setting up everything. He has the best attitude and such a sweet and patient spirit when it came to the thousand of questions asked of him. He made this experience easy. No question was left unanswered. The stay at the Prince Waikiki was worth every dime and when I send my granddaughters next year, this is without a doubt, where they will be staying.
