Rosa was very personable and so much fun to engage with! She made us feel right at home and was a very patient and excellent teacher. We felt like we were with family. We needed to adjust our timetable a bit and she was able to accommodate that and was excellent at communicating with in English via text. Such a memorable experience. Highly recommend! 💚🤍❤️

What an enjoyable experience! My family can’t thank Pina enough for her warm and generous hospitality! She welcomed our family into her beautiful home!
So much fun! Pina treated us so kindly! Organized! Alora! We made an amazing meal under the guidance and instructions of Pina! From the tiramisu to gnocchi.. peeling and ricing potatoes. To learning how to properly make two kinds of dough and how to knead the dough! She created and we watched her make homemade sauces to which she added sautéed zucchini and fresh chopped tomatoes, basil and fresh mint which she grew on her lovely deck! Pina went above and beyond providing us with delicious appetizers including Prosecco, homemade tomato relish/pesto, and her homemade arancini. Pina then served us our delicious homemade pastas and dessert at her beautiful dining room table! At the end of the meal she shared her husband’s homemade Limoncello!

Our host was amazing! He was such a kind and engaging person who really connected with each of us, spending extra time with our 9 year old daughter to teach her each step of the way. The pasta and tiramisu were phenomenal! Inspired us to order a pasta maker to start making pasta at home. I HIGHLY recommend this experience! So thankful for such a wonderful host!!

This was a fantastic experience. Francesca hosted us in a very well appointed private kitchen and showed great skill in handling our group ranging from very experienced cooks to pure novice (me!). She was kind, thoughtful and responsive to all of our questions while walking us through making an incredible meal. I can’t recommend this enough.

This was a great class and experience! I recommend it without reservation. We cooked and then spent a couple hours eating on the chef’s rooftop deck. Not only did we learn new recipes ; our time with the chef and his wife and child was a fun cultural experience!

This was one of our favorite things we did in Palermo. Giovanni is a wonderful instructor, not only sharing his cooking techniques but what life in Sicily is all about. He and his wife, along with his daughter, were absolutely delightful. Not sure that we actually got down the strategy for making pasta but not because of his abilities!

Francesca is the best! Not only did we learn to make pasta ( two kind) sauces and Tiramisu (to die for!) but we had it all as she shared her beautiful home and the lunch we just made with some unbelievable Sicilian vino banco! Yum! Francesca, Gracie!
