We had an excellent time at Sofia and Carlos's home. The dinner was superb. It featured fresh salad from their garden, octopus that they caught fishing that day and roasted potatoes. They had us try a nice selection of Portuguese wines and aperitifs' .
The dinner was topped off with a delicious chocolate mouse and a lemon cake. The conversion was great. The hosts shared a lot of information about local food and wine. Sofia and Carlos made us feel right at home!
