We had a fantastic experience learning how to make 2 delicious pasta dishes and tiramisu. Chef Banco was very gracious.
I would have loved the recipes for what we made either printed or emailed to us and gained better understanding of what and why we were using the ingredients and methods we used.
Language was a barrier, even though their were others at the dinner who spoke some English.
Altogether a very memorable experience.

Cooking with our host Tania was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all of my expectations. Tania welcomed me and my sister into her home as if we were family. We spent the day making fresh pasta with herbs from her garden and the most delicious tiramisu. Her whole family (husband, mother, daughter, pets!) came to cook with us and it made the experience so special. The pasta and tiramisu we made were excellent, but the feeling of being welcomed into their home was what made it truly memorable. Tania gave us recommendations for the rest of our trip that we would have missed on our own. An incredible experience with flavors and feelings we will always remember!
