Morgan was extremely courteous and helpful. My husband and I were beginners for segway but it was easy to use and we enjoyed driving the segway around Berlin. Morgan also took wonderful pictures and he was informative.

the trip is amzing, segway is fun to ride in berlin, despite the super cold weather, and Nichi is super helpful, touring us around the city and give some detail explaination, we enjoy the trip so much and definitely recommend it.
