Our bus will leave us in Bargeplein. Here we will have 10 minutes to go to the bathroom. The guide will explain at what time should we be back in the bus.

Our first stop will be Minnewater, also known as the "Lake of love". With the beautiful lake on the background our guide will explain the history of Bruges as well as the love story occurred in this lake.
3. {
The next step of our tour will be the Begijnhof. Founded in 1245, this place saves the history of an incredible group of women.

In this beautiful square, our guide will explain us the history of Bruges beer.

Here our guide will teach us how to identify the original medieval houses.

You will have the chance to take some beautiful photos from the little bridge.

In front of Old St. John’s Hospital our guide will explain how the health system in the medieval Bruges worked.

In front of old St. John’s Hospital, we will find the Church of Our Lady. From the outside, our guide will explain us some curiosities of the white marble sculpture of the Madonna and Child created by Michelangelo that is inside the church mentioned before.

In the front of Gruuthuse, we will get to know the most famous and powerful family of Bruges between the XVII and XVIII centuries.

In one of the most charming spots of Bruges, our guide will explain the interesting legend of this bridge. You will also have time to take photos.

In the most photographed place of Bruges, our guide will tell us about the history surrounding the "Pier of the roses". You will also have the chance to take some pictures.

Our next step is Tanners square, here we will learn about how tanners worked in the medieval Bruges.

Overall tour was pretty poorly organized compared to many others I've seen over the years in different countries. About an hour of our time was lost due to the police stop, because apparently driver didn't have his employment papers in proper order.
The walking part of it was ok, but in general calling it an english speaking tour was a bit of an exaggeration.. at the best, this was the spanish speaking tour where some of the info was repeated in english as well.
Hopefully company will be able to improve it in the future.

We ordered a tour in English but were combined with a Spanish-speaking group. The explanations were a lot more detailed for Spanish speakers . When we arrived to Bruges, each of the groups had a separate guide. We were given headsets to be able to listen to our guide while walking, but could only hear static and nothing useful or informative even though we walked 10 feet behind him. Finally we have up and separated from the group and did our own exploring. This is a complete waste of money, unless you want to pay $40+ per person just for the transportation, which will be half the price if you take a train from Brussels and explore on your own.

Buendia tours clearly favors Spanish speakers and doesn’t invest in their technology. Never again!

The tour was very nice and well organized. We had to use radios on our tour as we were too many people. Like other comments mention you need to stay close to the guide for them to work which isn’t a problem.

Great and knowledgeable guide with a fun and informative approach. The guide was the best part, along with a smooth bus driver. Unfortunately, the audio part of the trip made it almost impossible to hear. Anytime the guide was more than 10 to 15 feet in front of us, all we heard was static. He would continually walk quickly and it was hard to keep up through the big crowds so we missed more than half of the tour information. we finally gave up about halfway through the tour and just walked around ourselves. Strong recommendation to invest in higher quality radio/audio systems so the guests can have a better experience.

Very pretty. Very crowded. Everywhere you look are wonderful old buildings and people looking at them. The tour went on a bit long so we stopped early and had an early lunch before everyone else, which turned out to be a good decision. The guide’s radios were only marginally useful. Too much static. A long day and a lot of walking. We had a sunny day, which is rare. Would not have been much fun in the rain and could have been dangerous on the cobblestones.

Our guide Diego was amazing! We went to Brugge with him yesterday and we loved the experience so much that I book again with him today for Ghent. Diego was very personable, gave us an amazing tour, very knowledgeable of the cities we visited. I highly recommend this tour.

It was an early start to meet the bus (which we got to later than advertised) for the 90 minute road trip. When we arrived we then had another 30 minute break for the toilet and to grab a coffee. When the tour finally started it was slow and cumbersome, although our guide did have a lot of facts and always offered himself for a chat if we had questions. A more impactful storyteller who offered a stronger sense of humour would lift the quality of the tour. All this aside, Bruges is a beautiful city and it was nice to see despite the heavy rain that accompanied us on our tour. It is also a very busy city which can be a challenge to navigate through the narrow lanes and streets. If you want to see Bruges then do go as it is a beautiful city, but you don't need a whole day to see it so perhaps look for alternatives.
