The address given for pickup was not any good on Waze navigation was unable to contact boat company or Viator to get instructions so I lost My $90.00 and could not go on the boat tour because I was unable to fine the pickup spot i have never used Viator before and will never use it again its just like Trump just another NY Long Island scam that cost me $90.00

It was great the vendor gave out free beverages!! Great tour!! The houses were amazing! The crew were very knowledgeable about the boats, houses and the area.

Awesome way to spend the day! The staff was super friendly & professional! The tour narrator gave a lot of fun facts to enhance the experience. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

I bought voucher via Groupon, then went online booking to book, basically two for one price. Boat had a mini bar served soda, wine and beers included in the price. Tour left next to Galleria mall in Fort Lauderdale, parked free parking at the mall, cruised millionaire’s homes and turned around port Everglades in an hour and a half. We enjoyed guided tour.

We paid ahead of time and waited 3 hours for the boat to arrive on time for our tour and it never showed up.
Upon calling the main host of the tour he proceeded to curse me out and tell me nobody was getting a refund and that I should’ve had common sense and checked my email for a change of location for pickup.
Long story short, I would not recommend this tour to anyone unless you know 100% sure they are going to pull through.

Absolutely no commentary. The person with the mic gave no information and no history. Pointed to a house and said "a guy" lives there and he owned three Florida sports teams .. Panthers and I don't the rest. Zero effort! Take a water taxi, buy yourself a beer and save your money. Waste of time and money. I'm still on the boat writing the review and want a refund.
