We went in the morning to do jet ski first, lunch, then snorkeling. It was drizzling on the boat ride to the company business. The driver asked us if we wanted to continue. We asked if it was going to rain all day. He said I don't know. After getting on our jet skis, the guide took off at 60 mph. We tried to keep up, but the rain and salt water hurt our faces and eyes badly, and I couldn't see a thing. I stopped. The guide came back and told us we needed to go faster. I told him that I couldn't do it because I couldn't see. He told us to keep going because he had to pick other people up. He said I should have bought jetski glasses. He was in full head gear down to his neck. We had to go around the island like that. We had pizza and 2 beers for lunch. When we returned, they told us snorkeling was canceled. They told the afternoon jet ski tour it was canceled do to no visibility. We asked why ours wasn't canceled. They said that we agreed to it on the boat. We fought the charge, and thankfully our hotel reimbursed us for the tours. We had to pay the lunch. It was $137 for a pizza and 2 beers. The tour company refused to compensate us for the horrible jet ski experience. It ruined our day.

Snorkeling with the eagle rays was a magical experience. Such a sight to behold. The hamburger at Lucky House was one of the best burgers we’ve had. I was nervous about jet skiing but it was a blast. My husband used to ride dirt bikes so he had a ball. Great guides. Listen to them when they recommend sunglasses; it helps with the spray from getting in your eyes.

We had a wonderful experience! The staff were really sweet! Definitely recommend!
One funny thing was that I scraped my knee against the corals and the staff were really caring and finding first aid kit and checked on me multiple times! Very nice people there :)

This excursion and the people providing the tours were exceptional, from the snorkeling, swimming with rays and sharks to the jet ski tour. Every component of the tour connected us to Bora Bora’s culture, environment and beauty. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable, made us feel safe and comfortable.

What an amazing experience, the staff was extremely helpful and inviting. The actual excursion with the Sharks and Stingrays was so much fun, better than expected... the Jet Ski tour was amazing... such an exhilarating time...

The winds picked up and it made out conditions very rough. Awesome guides Matt and Allie. They kept an eye on all of us the make sure we could navigate the rough waters. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They were having trouble with one of their transportation boats and this made for a much longer day. this happens. The Coral Garden for snorkeling was amazing.

We were picked up at our hotel, and went to several AMAZING snorkeling places, even one outside the reef! When we slipped into the water, it was the deepest blue, and with so many fish swimming by. We had a great experience! Unfortunately, the weather was very cold and rainy in the afternoon, so we had to cancel the jet ski portion. But they issued us a partial refund since we did not have another day available to make it up. They were super professional and accommodating.
