What a horrible experience. Was with my family 5 in total we walked the entire property and every pool was jammed packed and filled with filthy human cesspit water.

Big queues at reception to check in, Kids and adults screaming, spitting, coughing, sneezing running and packed into pools like sardines in dirty brine.

How can people pay for this and be relaxed?

Walked straight out and requested full refund. Which they gave very easily. The manager profusely apologised, you could tell she too was mortified.

The change rooms made my skin crawl

What is meant to be a relaxing mindful experience is like a wet n wild, dreamworld, Disneyland day at capacity - heinous. The other guests didn’t seem to mind. Which gives you an indication of the type of clientele who seemed to be loving life jam packed and floating in their filthy skin, hair, bandaid water

Until the owners or operators get really serious about capping weekend numbers I would avoid at all costs.

We visited the hot springs. There are 70 pools of temperate tea between 36-42 degrees. You can do a cold plunge and sauna as well. We went on a weekend and it was busy but still enjoyable. Great for families.

Awful. Absolutely awful. This place WAS a crown jewel at one point, now it’s a just a dirty, overcrowded water park. You’d be more relaxed at your local public pool.
The pricing is crooked, $150 for two people to attend the bath house. Every pool had a MINIMUM of 25 people, packed shoulder to shoulder. We pre booked and they had a sign stating it was at capacity but was still taking walk ins at reception. The water was dirty; think brown, full of hair and a layer of oil on top, pathways were littered with rubbish and soiled towels on the ground everywhere.
People are thinking hard about where they’re spending their money in these times, I know this place has the tourist market in the palm of its hand, unfortunately, but if you’re a savvy traveller and they try to sell you this place, run. Don’t go. Don’t be fooled! I think a lot of the locals know what it’s become. Shame.

On Wednesday 14th February 2024 somebody used my card fraudulently to purchased a $100 Gift Certificate so I called them on Friday 23rd February 2024 and I spoke to a manager to explain with had happened but he refused to help me and he was extremely rude and abusive to me so I would definitely avoid this place. On Monday 26th February 2024 I lodged a payment dispute with my financial institution against them. On Wednesday 27th March 2024 the dispute was closed in my favour so I got to keep the credit of $101.00. On Thursday 4th April 2024 I called them and I spoke to a supervisor who cancelled the Gift Certificate after I explained that I thought I paid by Credit Card for the booking on Friday 1st March 2024 because I told her I made an honest mistake. I will be using Alba Hot Springs in the future because the manager there is helpful and he listens to me when I try and explain things also I have heard it is a more positive and pleasant experience.

What an amazing place, staff were very helpful and fun to be around. When you arrive you have not idea what is happening inside, but as you walk around you are enchanted by all the difference areas and pools. You have no idea how many people are there as the path to all the areas just flow and you can always find a quiet space. As well as hot spring pools they are hammocks, sensory pods (must try) and so much more, I have been twice and every time I find a new hidden treasure. Next time I will try the Glamping. This is truly well thought out and planned for the ultime expérience.

We had a wonderful afternoon and evening. Some say it's expensive but I don't think so, you can spend the day there if you want and it closes at 2am, perfect for sunset and seeing the lights of the pools. Very good times.

This place is World Class . The staff are excellent, well trained and friendly. The cafe is great with an extensive menu
There are numerous hot springs of varying temperatures ranging from cold to 40 degrees. They are all surrounded by relaxation lounges ,hammocks ,bean bags or deck chairs
Overall , I couldn’t fault this captivating establishment

I honestly thought this would be a relaxing way to spend my morning, however NO!
Kids screaming and splashing around and dirty, chlorinated baths. If you want to relax, head to the beach 5 minutes down the road.
This place is a children's waterpark and not the tranquil experience they advertise it as.

I planned a trip for one of my participants who is in a wheelchair for a few months prior to going. I rang and spoke with someone to confirm he would be able to access the pools, or at least some of them. The receptionist said there over 70 pools and sites to experience with around 40 that he could access in a wheelchair. I rang again to confirm this information the week before and was told the same thing.
This was not the case. He could only access 1 pool. Only one pool with a ramp, everything else has stairs. The signage is poor as well, saying disability accessible but then there would be stairs. It was very disappointing.
DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, ESPECIALLY IN A WHEELCHAIR
