Avoid this bus tour like the plague. As others mention the buses are very infrequent and no buses turned up at the advertised time despite waiting for some time we gave up in the end. Have emailed the company to complain and request a refund but no one has the decency to reply.

Really good, both A and B line were great. A line smith every 20mins great. however didn’t know the B line (every 60mins) parked a while. Otherwise great value to see Florence

Seeing all of the beautiful and historical places in the city while listening to the audio commentary. Places that you couldn’t walk to and would be expensive if having to take a taxi. Very beautiful and easy to follow map and times when you needed to be back at your stop . There were two bus lines and you could interchange with them and the buses took you to different places . Well worth booking in advance

Poorly operated. It was pouring rain and they filled the bus beyond capacity which likely want safe or legal. Anyone standing didn't have access to audio plugs. When the rain finally stopped, they didn't remove the water from the open upper deck, the seats had large puddles of water and you couldn't sit down. We requested a refund and it was denied. Not happy.

I bought the tour online the morning I was going to go, but I was not stay at a hotel and thus unable to print out a paper receipt / ticket, so I was unable to use the tour I bought because I couldn’t board the bus without a paper receipt / ticket.
Why, in 2024, is it necessary to use a paper ticket?
Ridiculous.
I used this company in Ireland in mid-May, and a bar code allowed me to board.

My wife and I used this on/off bus route for our trip in Florence, Italy and was super easy to catch the bus every 20 minutes or so!

Very good coverage of the City sights. Piazzale Michelangelo was simply marvellous. If short of time in the city, it is the most time efficient way to get a flavour of what the city stands for

We travel extensively, especially throughout Europe. In each city we begin the day on a Hop-on Hop-off bus to get an overview of the city. This is how we plan our stay. Taking this bus in Florence, however, was a big disappointment. The hour and a half ride went through city streets. I couldn't taken any pictures of historical sites. There weren't any visible. The only exception was one stop at Pizziali Michaelangelo,a must to visit. While the audio explanations were fitting to listen to, the monuments themselves were not visible while riding. You had to get off at a stop and walk to them. The crowds are lengthy waiting for a bus, which means the buses are packed with people. Save your euros and find other ways of reaching points of interest. This city is very walkable. Don't get yourself disappointed expecting a fun filled ride through Florence.

This is worth going on if you want to see all of Florence. It was good going up into the hills as we wouldn’t have walked up there.
