The tour was very disorganized and tour guide was hard to keep track of… from the beginning we were told to take a shuttle to meet them at 9:15. We were there at 9:15 but they didn’t leave until 10:00. When we arrived at the stop you were expected to pay an extra 5 euros to stay with the guide or make sure you were back at the bus by the meeting time. We waited for 15 mins for late passengers and after enough complaints of waiting in a very warm bus we left late for our tour of Pisa. When we arrived again we were instructed to stay with the tour guide we needed to pay an additional amount and other wise meet at the base of Pisa or the bus. We met at the meeting time at the base of Pisa and could not find her. This forced my 70 year old mom and to nearly run back to the meeting point at the bus…. If you are going to take this tour be prepared to wait beyond what you were prepared for and have a good gps on your phone available.

George our tour guide was patient and helpful. He spoke many languages and had lots to say about the region.
I highly recommend this tour allowing a few rich hours of exposure to these beautiful cities.

Great excursion. Florence and Pisa were amazing. We had a blast shopping and taking pictures and the pizza in Florence was delicious!!

The worest trip we have ever had, it was an actual waste of time because of FREDRICO ( KIKO ) the tour guide we had.
Coming all along from Canada to Italy to run after a guide who is so uninformative.
First,our booking had a tour guide walk booked, he pretended it wasn't and asked for 5 euros per person for the guided walk until we showed him our booking.
He didn't have any speakers or headphones so no one was able to hear what he saying with a group of 35 persons while every single guide around us has his group with headphones and explaining to them in the mic the history and places around.
When we complained, he said stay closer to me If you want to hear my announcement. How can a group of 35 stay closer to one person.
He went so mad at us as we were 5 mins late in the bathroom while he was late at the bus for 20 mins.
At the end he dropped us off at Pisa then left the group and disappeared. We didn't see him again since when.
Stay away , worest part of our Italy visit was Florence and Pisa with that provider.

Tour guide was friendly and spoke very good English. Absolutely no air conditioning on the bus the entire day and temps were hovering around 100. The heat and no air flow caused me to be sick. Not a fault of the tour company but you should be aware that there is only one public restroom around Pisa and it was out of service the day we visited.

I would only recommend this tour with a different guide. I have a mobility scooter. She proceeded to take an escalator and when my husband asked her to wait for us to find an elevator, she left us. it then took me forever to find an elevator and then a very long time to find my husband again and by then we were unable to go on our own to see the statue of David which was something I wanted to do very much. When we were back on the bus I asked informed her that she left us and she proceeded to become very nasty and argue with me. She was constantly on her phone during the tour. She was the worst!

This tour was more organized than the others we took in Italy The guide took the time to share her contact information in case we got separated. She was more knowlegeable about the places we were visiting.

Fabulous trip to Florence and Pisa. Very well organised our guide kico was brilliant, so informative and friendly. The weather that day was a wash out, rain, thunder & lightning did not dampen our spirits of this beautiful city. Kico also took us to an Italian restraunt which was great, lovely pizza and pasta dishes.
After Florence, we went into visit Pisa on our own which was lovely.
On the bus ride back to Livorno, Kico informed us we would not be getting off at Livorno there but instead our bus driver dropped us at the cruise ship port, which was brilliant. One of the highlights of the bus ride back to Livorno was Kico singing as well as been a tour guide, he is a musician
I highly recommend this tour operator to anyone wishing to book tours, could not have asked for anything more, brilliant !!
