Well thought out water park, it’s easy to get around and unlike a lot of water parks I’ve been to in Spain the loungers are free :-) really great for children of all ages, the staff were helpful and the choices of food and drink inside the park were good. Only grumble would be that there weren’t enough changing rooms so we had to queue

Loved it, loved it! A fab visit with my family. Perfect time to go as it wasn't busy so not queuing for rides. We went on Thursday early June. Facilities are great, lots of options for food and drinks. Didn't eat there so cant comment on quality of food, we took a packed lunch from our hotel. Everything was clean and hygienic. The were lots of rides which kept my tweens and husband happy. Nothing to over the top, so perhaps if you're hard core this may not be the place for you. There were loads of sunning areas to catch some rays and the little tots were well catered for with little pools and slides. All in all a great family day out, would go back in a heartbeat.

My friends booked this for me as a suprise booked though hotel rather then jet 2 rep.
Water park quite drive out in the sticks say 45min drive as picking others up if go on coach
Bring flip flops as floor gets hot very hilly lots ramps steps
Great rides went in loads need to use ring to get on alot them get band to buy good drink would 100% recommend the Italian pizza place fresh pizza was so lush bring sun cream hat as will need it so much to do for all ages.
Mobility issues as very hilly and lots steps lots changing spaces lockers loos etc lovely kids bit as well
Would defo recommend I’m big kid loved it all

We arrived on the 3rd of June. Myself,18 year old daughter and 10 year old son . Had paid through Jet2 holidays at our resort . My children were really looking forward to this all week and they did have lots of fun . Only issue really was my son kept freaking out as there were a lot of dead or dying bugs in the lazy river and main pool which I’m sure if they had more staff they could have kept on top of clearing them out and for some reason we kept missing the wave machine going off in the main pool , not sure when this went off maybe every hour or something . The slides were all great but didn’t realise my son couldn’t go on the bigger ones unless I paid for an upgrade to an adult band , so I did this when we found out. You could pay 4 euros per locker , we needed two for all our stuff and 2 euros each for the band we received for the locker which you get back at the end off your bill as you hand the locker bands back. You get a paper wristband which they scan at the food and drink outlets and then you pay at the end. Make sure you all look after them as if you lose the wristbands that is a 100 euros each band lost (that is the limit on the bands so it’s to make sure someone doesn’t max it out then takes it off I suppose) luckily not as big as I first thought everything accessible easily. It is on a mountain so lots of walking. Overall a good day out for myself and children. Also the changing areas(females) were all very clean , a lovely lady in there keeping on top of it all . And the showers too. Thank you :)

We had a great time at the waterpark. Lots of slides for differnt ages. We went during the UK May Half term holiday and barely had any queues. The only thing we would say is that it would help if the website was a little clearer on which slides had age restrictions.

Amazing fun but really not hot on health and safety. We booked this through our hotel and had to travel in a coach to get to the park. This was a bit of a nightmare as there was a lot of swapping in and out of vehicle but the drivers were friendly enough. The park was pretty big, filled with a nice variety of slides and pools for every ages. Really loved the inflatable rings that were needed for a fair few slides and the double ones were really fun. The food was average, pretty much like any other theme park with quality and price, the same with the gift shops. I would be careful on a double ring slide at the far left of the park. We saw another couple fall out and came out holding heads and commenting that one of them should have been in the other seat. As we got to the top, the staff advised that heaviest should be at the back however as soon as we went into the bowl part of this slide, die to the weight at the back, it slowed to almost a stop and we ended up going into the bowl upside down. Now this wouldn’t be the worst of it didn’t lead straight to another slide and we jarred our necks, bashed both heads and scraped along our bodies. After this it put a downer on continuing much more as we both had what felt like whiplash. Great day just proceed with caution as that slide really needs looking at.

Had a great day here with my family. My 7 and 9 year old loved every minute of it. Some slides are too much for the young kids, so you have different levels of....let's say adrenaline level slides. I went on most and had a laugh. My kids laughed at me falling out my rubber dingy on every slide. The kids went on all the one's they could go on and had a great time. The food wasn't too bad in there either and not too expensive. We will definitely come back next time we visit Crete 100%

Had a great time, rides are good fun, although some of them are abit aggressive, we’ve all come away with bruises, but we had a great time. The big red slide at the end was our favourite.

I’d love not to sound like some old crank but went there with my three kids aged 14-16. We love water parks and have been to many and this one while fun left us all with knocks and bruises we’ve never had before.
Most of the inflatables we used were under inflated meaning backs and bottoms are hitting the ground. One of the slides actually launches you into the air and you are not landing in water but on the slide. I asked the lifeguard was this supposed to happen and he said yes. Would be good information to have at the top.
There was one slide in the middle of the park that takes three at a time in rows. All three kids were hurt on this and when I stood looking at others coming down all the people I saw were rubbing elbows or backs.
On some of the faster slides the were a genuine feeling of being out of control. On the big tandem slide that goes down and back up the big red slope I saw one person smack an ankle and the kids saw another hit their head albeit at the point where speed was reducing.
You go down this on a ring but there was two very obvious points on the joins between the sections where the water was frothing meaning it was hitting a raised point. If this was someone’s back they would be in trouble and this goes back to the under inflated rings.
