Booked in advance to ensure that the transfer would go smoothly. Big mistake choosing this provider.
We were due to flt Heathrow to Iceland at around 8:40pm and land at Keflavik about 23:50
Somewhat surprised to get a text message from the driver while we were on board the plane saying that he had arrived....
Immediately replied to tell him that was incorrect and when we would in fact be arriving and providing (once again) the flight details and the booking confirmation reference.
We duly arrived in Iceland to find that we had been abandoned. A phone call to the provider's helpline ended up in a call centre in Berlin. Who were, to be frank, less than useless and after faffing about decided that there must have been a a communication issue between them and TripAdvisor (with whom we booked). Told us that we would not be getting a car from them and (bearing in mind it was about half past midnight) we should catch a taxi ourselves and, no, they could not cancel the previous booking and get me a refund...

Transfer was very nice. Driver was waiting with a sign when we arrived.
Very nice vehicle, Mercedes van that was very comfortable.

The driver was already at the arrival gate holding an ipad with my name. he is a super nice guy and it really helped a lot as i was travelling with my family with a few elderly, this is for sure something you should choose when you travel in a group. The avg fare is similar to the bus fare per head.

Everything went smoothly. Driver was friendly and informative. We appreciated all the local information he gave us. The history he gave us on Iceland and he was a safe driver too.

I booked a private transfer from KEF to our hotel in Reykjavik. The driver never showed up. No message was send to me and I finally had to call the parent company who just told me the driver was not coming (after waiting almost an hour) and that I needed to contact Viator for a refund. Upon contacting Viator, I was told that I could have a refund but it would take several days for the paperwork to be approved. We ended up taking a cab.

My wife and I were met as we exited from customs/baggage claim and enjoyed an interesting conversation with our driver as he took us comfortably to our downtown Islandair Hotel Marina.

Driver was right there ready to collect us and luggage in spite of our flight being nearly three hours late in arriving. He also gave us useful information on the drive into the city. Would definitely utilize this service again.

After landing in Iceland just before 11 p.m., this service was perfect. It was so easy to find our driver who was waiting with a sign with our names and the van was so clean and comfortable. We learned a bunch about Iceland throughout the drive when we were dropped off right outside our front door. If you have the money and want to spend it, would definitely recommend for ease and peace of mind.
