Safe but quick. He was helpful loading and unloading the bags. The van was clean and comfortable. I would recommend the drive versus a taxi or Uber.

Driver info was received by text in good time. Ride was really smooth and got me to Berlin airport with plenty of time to spare. Driver Mouhamad was polite and friendly throughout the journey (with a few insightful life lessons along the way) - couldn’t fault it from start to finish. Would book again.

I received a quick response to my inquiry, and my request to move up the pick-up time was immediately answered with an OK. I also received a confirmation message the day before, which was reassuring. The guide arrived early, and I received a message about his arrival, so I understood right away. The guide's attitude was just right, and the car was clean and comfortable. I would like to use this service again.
