This driver was provided us with excellent customers service, he was willing to wait on us even though our flight was delayed and we were also held up by immigration. I truly appreciated his patience. Will be booking again for sure on our next visit.

My flight arrived 30 minutes early. But after going through customs and retrieving my luggage. They were right there holding a sign with my name on it. The ride was a smooth ride to my accommodation.

It was a little nerve wracking having the driver so busy on his phone during the drive. Traffic was busy and he definitely knew where he was going though.

Not good! My plane was delayed, the driver wasn’t told I paid through Viator. So when he dropped me off, he stayed at the hotel trying to demand me to pay more money! The receptionist at the hotel had to firmly tell him to take my tip and that I already paid and showed him my Viator voucher

Seamless and easy! I flew into SDQ and needed transportation to my hotel in Santo Domingo. I received messages as soon as my flight arrived; as well as beforehand. After going through immigration and customs, there was an employee waiting with my name on a sign/board; he walked me to the driver who drove me to my hotel. Both young men were very professional and friendly! Highly recommend this service.
