We used Gray Line to get to and from the airport in Cabo by the Marina. We arrived at about 3 and had to wait about an hour for the shuttle to leave however, this is pretty much the norm with all of the shuttles going to/ from the airport. They were super organized and sent me an email a few days a head of our trip with what to expect, where to find them etc. This was also really helpful because literally as soon as you clear customs, people are trying to sell you something or hit you up for time shares. They included a map of where to find their staff and what area to avoid through the airport. It took about an hour to get from the airport to our hotel as we were the last stop of three and were at the Marina. Again, I noticed several other people I had seen at the airport arrive at the hotel the same time as us with a different company. So my point is, these little negatives are just par for the course for shuttle service in Cabo. However, all staff were very professional, we felt extremely safe and the vans were in good shape and had AC. The return trip was also really easy to schedule as they had a Gray Line person located in our hotel and they took care of everything. Gray Line also offers other tours but we only used the airport transfer but you might consider them for activities as well.

Ruben T. was such a huge help while my friends and I had a girls trip in Los Cabos. He showed us where to go, what to do while on vacation there and overall made us feel super safe throughout the vacation. I travel quite often and I have never had someone help and educate us as much as he did. He is a tremendous asset to the grayline company. They are lucky to have him! Will decently be using GrayLine on our next time back to Los Cabos!

This situation made my wife anxious and fearful about who the driver was negotiating to have ride with us since we were the only paying prepaid customers in the van as the driver indicated when he picked us at the hotel.

I would not use this company again, nor would I be able to recommend this tour package or airport transfer service.

On Day One we arrived at the SJD airport and processed through the checkpoint. We eventually found our transportation carrier who was stationed outside the airport exit adjacent to a bar area. Suspiciously, he invited us to get a drink while we waited and we declined telling him we would prefer to leave the airport immediately for the hotel. We didn't want to sit and wait at the airport to drink. Our transportation shuttle appearantly wasn't there but soon arrived. We were loaded onboard and were then off to our destination hotel. It was fairly easy to find the people, but one of the helpers kept "telling us" to sit and take a drink. Really !?! We just said we do not drink alcohol. The ride to the hotel was uneventful. On departure day, the driver showed up early at 8:20am for an 8:35am show time given to me last Sunday. The driver, Caesar, was his I think. Caesar picked us up at the front in the hotel lobby. We asked if we were the only riders and the driver, said that he had no other riders going with us to the airport.

The driver took a call/text while driving Andy then stopped just after the lookout point at a hotel to pick up six other riders. Apparently, the hotel concierge possibly contacted the driver directly who collected $25 from each of the two groups in US Dollars. One guy was challenged by the driver who said angrily to the passenger to pay him before the passenger departed. The passenger said he thought that he had to pay inside the airport. The passenger apologized for the miscommunication and added $20 to his appearent $5 tip for the driver. The same passenger was talking in the van after he boarded and spoke about his dilemma getting to the airport. As we waited in the van, the passenger was in the van talking and apparently needed an airport ride. We were picked up early at 8:20 am and it took over an hour and a half to get to the airport. We were sitting in the vehicle at the hotel as a result of waiting for the other (6) unscheduled riders. This whole issue just looked bad and seemed shady as a business practice. This type of self dealing with in a company represent a clear danger to prepaid traveling passengers.
