We had a fantastic day, first visiting the traditional morning market, then going to the temple by the lake and after that seeing the stunning rice terasses. Our great and lovely guide gave us all kinds of interesting information concerning life, culture, nature, religion and spirituality here on Bali. Good lunch near the rice terasses. A strong recommendation!!

My wife and I booked this tour because we wanted to actually understand the temples we were seeing and learn a little about Balinese culture. Our guide Mawa was amazing and explained many facets of Balinese culture and Balinese Hinduism. On our drive to the first location it was already clear Mawa was friendly and knowledgeable. We were talking about day to day life in Bali, he was very detailed and we hadn't even asked about any of the planned stops yet!
I am very grateful we took this tour with him and feel like I learned many important cultural details. The coffee plantation, Ulun Danu Temple, and rice fields were all great visits (we skipped the market as we'd already seen one through another tour) and Mawa had good commentary and background for each.
I cannot recommend this tour highly enough.

My Husband and I (boyfriend at the time) took this tour and had Ketut as our private tour guide back in December 2013. I never did a review back then because...life...but now have a good friend heading to Bali and HAD to look this company up and write a review and also pass this company info along to my friend. It was an experience of a lifetime. Ketut was the nicest man and treated us like his close friends all day long. We have incredible pictures and memories of that day and hold this trip and experience close to my heart. We truly LOVED Bali but this day trip was out of this world. We had Dewa as our guide, to say exceptional would be an understatement. This Man went above and beyond helping me and my husband on the tour, giving us insights on ever place, and answering all the questions we asked. Being our first time in Bali we are very thankful for Dewa for being so accommodating and so patient with us.

Nyoman Sukada took us on this tour, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. This tour took us to many beautiful places. They are very flexible with pick up times too.

We had Dewa as our tour guide. Nice guy who provided us with information/background of places we visited. Love his sense of humour. His car was clean and spacious. He even prepared a box of crisps for us to snack on during our trip. Love that!

We had a fantastic day with our guide Gede (ask for him for this tour)!! First we visited a traditional market where he explains about the culture and habits in Bali in relation to the market! Why they sell this or that kind of food, why they buy flowers and food for offering, etc...
Because we went already to the coffee plantage he changed it for a visit at the Taman Ayun temple. An older but very nice temple with a beautifull garden.
After that we went to visit to the rice terras. A must see in Bali.
To finish we went to the floating temple (Ulun Danu Beratan) at lake Beratan.
All the time Gede explained about culture and religion, how Balinese people live, work, pray, about the importance of rice, we learned how rice is cultivated, he showed us everything, ....
We had the most perfect day with the perfect guide.
