Your first stop will be at the Caribbean Ranch, where you will receive the necessary instructions. You will ride along the beach and the countryside of Uvero Alto to the mouth of the Maimó river. Once there you will have a brief pause to enjoy a refreshing dip in the river.
On the way back to the Ranch, you will be able to endulge in a gallop under the zealous watch of our guides. Photographs of this beautiful trip will also be available. We’re waiting for you!

Horseback riding with my family was an awesome experience, filled with excitement and unforgettable moments. My mom was extremely scared at first, but they encouraged her and she was able to overcome the fears which made her happy and experience Memorable

My husband and I had a great half day horseback riding and at the ranch! The morning started by getting picked up at our resort in an open-air vehicle. After picking up a few others we headed to the ranch. Everyone was matched with horses based on their experience level. We had 2 guides during the ride, but Oscar stood out and was great! Riding and pictures on the beach was amazing. Stopped for a few minutes and got off the horses where the river meets the ocean. On the way back they let everyone canter with their horses on the beach. Very memorable 90 min ride. They do have a small bar and gift shop and of course offer pictures taken throughout the day once you return to the ranch. Not terribly priced, but I strongly recommend negotiating! We will def come back if we return to the DR!

This is a must do!!! I was a bit nervous however after seeing how mild mannered the horse was, I relaxed. Such a wonderful experience on the horse while on the beach. Our tour guide was great and this experience was great!!!! I would recommend and definitely do again. Thank you
