What to Expect at the Workshop:
Our experienced chocolatiers will guide you through the chocolate-making process. You'll learn about the different types of chocolate, how to temper it, and the seven steps of chocolate consumption. In the final part of the workshop, you'll create your own chocolate bar with different toppings and ingredients, and prepare a traditional Aztec chocolate drink using ancient tools. This workshop is designed for both children and adults.

This was such a fun activity with friends visiting Vienna for the first time. Learned about the history of chocolate. Got to make three types of chocolate bars with different ingredients and making our own cocoa. Came to the conclusion that I have been wrong in believing I was passionate about chocolate all my life. The staff here are are definitely it! There's also a small museum downstairs. Very cute.

This experience is a must do with children. Our kids had a blast in the chocolate we made was pretty easy to do and really fun. Highly recommend this class and experience.

We had a blast doing this. Per the kids it was their favorite thing we did in Vienna. The instructor was very helpful with our kids and giving us history, while keeping us entertained. Additionally, able to try and make delicious chocolate!

This was a fun activity. I highly recommend it. Our chocolate teacher was informative and kept the group focused. You make three chocolate bars and a cup of hot chocolate.

This experience is definitely meant for families with children. Our group included kids and they had lots of fun. The "chef" was adorable and fun, but for us it was an incredibly hokey morning. I would rather have spent my time doing something else.
