Awful. We paid $100 a person to zip line. We checked in at 8:30 and by 10:15 we were still sitting and waiting for a tour guide to come get us. We were updated around an hour in and the guide said it would just be a few more minutes. We had locked up all of our stuff, including my water bottle. Dominican heat and humidity plus no water is a terrible combination. I started feeling weak and asked the front desk if we could just get our money back. At this point it had almost been 2 hours of waiting. The manager insisted that we just come back a different day. Of course, after this experience, we had NO desire to come back. We ended up leaving without getting our money back. Really big disappointment. We were so excited.

Excellent, I hadn't gone in 8 years and I loved it.
Aquiles Cedeño was our guide, very professional and friendly, when you visit the park ask him to accompany you along the way. I congratulate the team and their preparation, especially their dedication to serving us to create an unforgettable experience at the Zipline Mega Splash, Cenote and Jungle River.

I truly had an amazing experience today! Andres Jean, our tour guide today, was great! 1000/10, he made our experience enjoyable! Also, the authentic Dominican food was splendid!

Leonardo was super sweet and such a help with the shuttles and listening to our experience at Bavaro Adventure Park! We had a blast ziplining, seeing the cenote, and the waterfall park! Would definitely come back to this wonderful place!

Spent the morning here with 16 kids on a Highschool trip from Texas. Zipline was fun, and we also swam and saw the recreated finca/village from the 1980s. The staff here was kind and professional. Highly recommended!

Eh, I would not really reccomend this. Everyone is really nice and friendly, but the place is just… not really taken care of/lack of “attention to detail.” For the zip line - you get to go on 6 different (short) zips and then the last one ends in a little rectangular pool before you immediately get out. We paid for our own taxi to leave back to our resort after, rather than waiting the 3 hours for their transportation. If you’re just looking for a totally random / change of scenery from your resort and want to zip line, then sure it’s cool, but the lazy river pool/waterfall pool is not well maintained and has debris and such in it, so you’ll likely enjoy your resort ones more. Also, they charge for towels (5$ each) and lockers (6$) and for any snacks ($8 for a small bag of chips), so maybe either bring your own towel and snacks or bring cash for that.

The ziplines, waterfall, villiage, and cenote were awesome. Our guide, (Andres) went above and beyond to take us wherever we wanted to go and gave very helpful information.
