Nice and relaxing space for a long wait in Bangkok. Bought two sessions so I could stay for 4 hours and all went really well.

Wonderful spacious facility. Love the hot made to order noodle soup. Great selections of food, pastry and drinks. There is full shower bathroom available and it is super clean.

I had a great discover today . I went to the lounge by mistake . I left and returned .
The staff on the photo attached made me decided to go back because of her smile and ready to serve gesture .
I am impressed by her . She served me a glass of Chang beer
Everyone in the service and hospitality industry should be like her to make every customer contact a positive one .

I'm in the middle of the nicest n biggest airport I have ever experienced.
Its astonishing, beautiful n huge
And the most special n surprising thing I have experienced was getting Muslim Prayer Room, because in a Buddhist centric country like Thailand 🇹🇭 its very worm welcoming for Muslims.

I used the miracle VIP room in D5, and the receptionist was very kind. I had a simple and delicious meal here. After drinking a bottle of Thai beer, I sat on the sofa and took a nap, then took a shower.
Although there is no hot water in the shower area, it is quite spacious and visually gives you the feeling of being a VIP when using it.
The overall feeling is that the reception, food, and equipment are pretty good, but there are a little less fruits and pastries. It's good to have a rest here while waiting for your connecting flight.

Food spread had very few continental and vegetarian options . Ambience and view of airport good. Charger points available only in outer row near wall. No smoking room or sleeping pods available as was mentioned in booking coupon

Overpriced, smaller lounges have no bathroom (had to walk 7 min to larger lounge to use a toilet a and they did not want to allow entry because we started at a lounge closer to our departure gate)
Booking mix ups (even with prior purchase). Untidy (used plates left lying around over an hour) and unhygienic food presentation . Food tough, dry, cold. Drinks selection depleted. Staff did not care.

Incredibly inefficient. You REALLY NEED TO ARRIVE 4HRS BEFORE international flights to get though the various lines. And the walk to Gates is way longer than ANY OTHER AIRPORT. Worse thing is airlines And airport suggest differing processing times (LISTEN TO THE AIRLINE)!
