Great stadium to watch Muay Thai. Felt like a mix of an old American movie theatre and a uk music venue. Lots of history.
The fights themselves mixed - some fighters went the distance, others ‘gave up’ before the end.l which was disappointing.
Sat in zone C/3rd tier - great views and close to the gamblers who get quite animated.
However they and the tv cameras cleared out three fights before the end leaving it all quite flat in terms of atmosphere - odd.
Zone 3/C was on the concrete seats - not the most comfortable but excellent at seat drinks/food service. Food poor quality hotdogs/nachos but beer cold & wet.
Good to see ‘traditional’ Muay Thai but next time would go for ‘action’ Muay Thai to get more atmosphere and excitement.

It’s very exciting to watch. In the first row of seats, the blue and red teams are playing very hard. It doesn’t look like acting, and you can see them fighting until blood is spattered. There are people selling food on site, so you can’t bring food into the venue. , drinks too. However, the seats are temporary portable folding chairs, which are like watching a concert. I think it is worth seeing when going to Thailand.

I highly recommend this experience to witness some Thai culture. We went for the 'club seat' section where the seats were ring height and about 6-7m away, so we had a great view of the action. The atmosphere was brilliant as locals chanted and sang for their fighters.
The seats themselves were adequately comfortable as per a sporting venue and close to all facilities which were clean. They have an all you can drink option for 500bht and the food and drinks were reasonable (200bht per large beer). Servers will also bring food/drinks to you if you want. Food options range from popcorn to more western style snacks like hotdogs.
You cannot film or stream but photos are ok. Also no smoking/vaping so you'll have to leave the venue. Wristband for unlimited re-entry during the event. Definitely a must see while in BK!

We pre booked ringside seats, ending up right behind the judges. Food and drink can be bought right to you. Most fights over quickly and respectfully. The couple that went to 3 rounds where enthralling. Only suggestion is to leave a good amount of time to get there. Not near any public transport for us so we got a taxi in peak hour, our driver was amazing by getting us there at 6:59pm. The Tuk Tuk driver got us back to motel in about 8 mins flat. But hectic driving which we loved.

What an awesome experience. Amazing ringside seats so super close to the action. You get chair service for drinks and food so you don’t have to get up and miss anything.
The fights also run back to back so no massive breaks in between each fight. Highly recommend
