The two hour ATV tour was awesome. I’d never tried quad biking before, and it was so exciting! We explored lava fields, saw a lava cave, went up (and down) a mountain with great views at the top and drove fast along the black beach. The bike was straightforward to handle and the instructor took great care to ensure I was OK the whole way through. Highly recommended.

We loved our ATV on black sand beach tour! Big G was THE BEST tour guide! My husband and I actually ended up being the only ones scheduled for our tour time so it worked out very well and we got a private tour. We had the most beautiful perfect sunny day with not a lot of wind. It was ideal conditions to ATV along the coast. We even got to see some highly active curious seals playing near the beach. The ATVs were automatic so super easy to learn how to drive and they provide everything you need for outerwear: helmet, gloves, coveralls, boots if needed. Would highly recommend booking this tour, it was a highlight of our trip!

Just book it.. no more needs to be said views are great the cold wind hitting your face as you’re flying down the beach beats anything else you can think of as fun

A very nice experience with a very friendly guide. With a clear explanation we went on a beautiful route, including a short break for some photos and nice information from the guide on the beach. The warm suits were also great. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience with this company and our guide Einar Alex. It was well worth the cost and Einar went the extra mile to make it memorable for us.
We were debating between doing this tour and one in Vik and we were very happy we chose this one. Zipping across the black beach with no one else in sight is a memory that will not soon be forgotten.
Highly recommend if you want to see a piece of Iceland that is not easily accessible by car or foot.

We made a reservation for last week that needed to be cancelled a couple hours before because we missed our flight to Iceland and wouldn’t be arriving until the next day. We called, explaining the situation, and they said we’d be able to get a refund if we emailed them referencing the call.
I emailed them stating who I was and that the person I spoke to on the phone said we’d be able to get a refund given the circumstances. Over email, they asked if we could reschedule to another day, but we couldn’t because we wouldn’t be in Reykjavik, so I politely asked for the refund they said they could provide.
They then never responded to that email or the two follow-ups I sent them. They basically ghosted me and took our money for an activity we couldn’t go on.
TLDR; this company promised us a refund over the phone for a compromised trip, and then proceeded to keep our money and ghost us.

We booked two quad bikes for our family 3 hour trip and it turned out we were the only ones on it, so it felt like a personal tour.
Our guide Einar was brilliant and full of local knowledge. The Lava tunnel was something we weren’t expecting.
Racing across the black sands at full throttle with the waves breaking alongside us and not a soul around was something we’ll always remember. A fantastic morning.

We came here through a Viking Cruises tour. The tour company has rubber boots, helmets, jumpsuits and gloves that you can use. The two-man ATVs look new and operate well. We rode from the parking lot to a beautiful black sand beach. The ATVs are a little hard to control in the fine sand, but we managed. We rode around for some time and then headed back to their headquarters.

Great ATV trails to get to the beach. Staff was extremely helpful in getting suited up and with safety introduction. It was clear they wanted us to have both a fun and safe ride. Leader of the tour was friendly, helpful and professional. The black beach was gorgeous. Highly recommend.
