IMPORTANT***
Our priority is always to provide a safe, trained, certified and whenever possible bilingual driver. Fortunately & unfortunately we are almost fully booked during your travel dates, therefore we are out of availability for bilingual drivers. However, even the non-bilingual drivers will understand basic English commands such as bathroom or grocery stops, they can also always use the translator through our van WIFI or call our office for extra assistance. Please note that this does not put down 100% the possibility of your driver for the day being bilingual as we could encounter cancellations or calendar modifications that will free our current schedule.

This was a great asset for our trip. It took away so much stress knowing we had reliable transportation. Drivers were wonderful and handled all of our large groups luggage! Waters and ice cold beer were a great perk! Our driver even treated us to snacks from a restaurant along the way.

The nicest and most accommodating ride and the best price! They are waiting for you by name outside the airport, will make grocery store and fruit market stops for you on the way. Wi-Fi available cold water beer etc! Do great

I used PlayaGrande shuttle tours to get to the airport. Ariel picked me up and was such a delight. The long drive flew by thanks to his wonderfully engaging conversation. He had cold drinks for me for the drive and was very accommodating when I realized I had forgot my phone and we had to turn around and go back to get it.
I will definitely book a tour with this company when I go back.

The transfer was easy to arrange and they monitored our flight and adjusted to the changes appropriately. Our flight arrived late but our driver was outside waiting for us as soon as we arrived. The van was clean, air conditioned and comfortable and the ride was as smooth as it could be. Would 10/10 recommend and use them again myself!

Playa Grande shuttle did a fantastic job picking us up at the airport. Our driver was easy to spot once we cleared customs ( sign with out name) and the van was plenty large enough to handle our family of 4 with luggage and surfboards.
Our return trip was also perfect. On time pick up and large nice van.

Both of my drivers were on time. The shuttle was clean and cold drinks were available. My return shuttle driver showed me some unique sights and experiences (local industry, great local eateries). This is the second trip I have used Playa Grande shuttles and my experience is consistently excellent. Thank you 🙏.

Driver was on-time with my name on a sign at the airport. Private van, as promised. Friendly on the drive without being invasive. Stopped at a cafe 1/2 way so we could get coffee/juice/snacks/use the restroom. Provided bottled water.

Excellent experience. There was a representative standing directly outside of the airport waiting for me. He promptly showed me to my car. The driver was courteous and safe. The van was new, clean & had great air conditioning. The drive took me to a restaurant where I was able to get some food to go. Would absolutely recommend!
