Positive points:
Even though the trip was long, the car was very comfortable and the driver was careful and efficient.
The Old medina is an incredible place full of history and artisanal items that reflect the culture of Morocco.
Negative points:
We imagined that the guide's role would only be to accompany us and explain the culture and history of the Medina, but he directed us to the places we should go and also where we should buy. Also at lunch time, as it was not included, I would have liked to choose more places according to our taste, but he directed us to a place that did not present a menu with prices and suggested a local dish. Due to the type of food we found it to be expensive compared to restaurants like La Pergola at the Casablanca hotel. During lunch he insisted that we write a testimonial on Tripadvisor praising his service, I felt embarrassed because I believe it is not appropriate for this type of opinion to be written with the person who is evaluating it!!

Arrived on time as expected, the driver was very kind and helpful which made our visit pleasant, it was a pleasure to have chosen this agency and I would do it again without hesitation

The tour was amazing start to finish. We had an amazing and friendly driver who accompanied us the whole day, and a knowledgeable guide in Fez who took us through the intricate maze of the medina. Leading us to discover beautiful locations and views that would not be possible with a local guide. It was a perfect way to spend the day if you are in Casablanca and wanted to discover a more authentic Moroccan experience other than the chaotic hustle and bustle of Marrakech.

Fantasic service from beginning to end; excellent communication, organisation and brand new minibus in fab condition. Our driver Said was excellent; good communication, polite, excellent english, always punctual and a very safe, considerate and careful driver who didnt use his phone whilst driving. Friendly, professional and fitted in with the group perfectly. 100% recommended.

I would recommend travelling with this agency, I had a wonderful time with them as the guides are experienced and aware of the history of Fes and Casablanca. The guide Saad for example was really nice and made our experience with them unforgettable.

One of my favorite trips so far. My friends and I decided to book with this company and we don’t regret it. They had everything planned for us. They showed us around the city and we got to experience both the touristy side and local side of fes and tried pottery and other fun activities. Such an amazing experience, would highly recommend!!

Our driver Said and guide Ahmed were both fantastic. It’s a long drive from Casablanca to Fez & Said was a safe driver & kept us entertained. Ahmed is very knowledgeable of the history & customized an itinerary for our interest. If you come to Morocco you must see Fez, it’s extraordinary!
