Our booking confirmation describe an executive car, MB E-series or similar. Our ride was a Prius taxi. Paid for one thing but got another. We did arrive at airport safely, but drive drop us off a long distance from the ticket counter.

We were picked up from our hotel and dropped off at the airport. The driver was even early! The bus was clean and the driver was very friendly.

While the driver was polite. I am very tall and need the comfort of being in the front seat otherwise my back will ache. I asked the driver in the beginning for the front seat. He came up with excuses why this could not happen, though the seat only had his bag on it. Luckily the drive to the airport was short.

Excellent service.Driver was early at our hotel and helped us with our many bags. I would highly recommend this company. I appreciated when I booked the transfer that the dispatcher suggested a very early pick-up time and I am glad she did because it took more time at the Zurich Airport versus other airports because of its size. Because of the excellent dispatcher, we had plenty of time and were not rushed. Very nice driver, too!

Company is very responsible on change of time and driver is excellent! We requested to move up the pick up time the day before and company did their best to accommodate.

Pre pick up texts were great, bo need to confirm on your own. Easily changed the pick up time when our flight was rescheduled, all via text.
Driver was on time, handled the luggage, and was very pleasant.

Driver arrived ahead of schedule and was driving a very well maintained (and upgraded) Mercedes SUV. He was very courteous and helpful with luggage.
Smooth trip to the airport where he found a very convenient drop-off point.
