Got picked up at hotel, but never we’re we told by anyone I communicated with that it’s a 3 hour drive to the boat and 3 hour back.that is 6 hours that we were not aware of. Was not explained till day of. Asked for gluten free beverages and food, when we got there they had a bag of Doritos and Pringle’s that had gluten in it. They served cheese bread with gluten and red meat that was barbq by itself. They had heinikin beer and a bottle of gin with a can of Red Bull. This is not the accommodations I was expecting. Gave us a drink while captain was driving boat, no way to drink it and spilled on boat. Exhausting and long. Boat was not in great shape. Just me and my husband paid almost $1600 for this thinking it would be so fancy. No snorkeling gear on board or anything. Disappointed in miscommunication and the food and drink accommodations. Long exhausting drive. Tour guide was nice, and knowledgeable but she knew all
About my needs of gluten free and not drinking beer but did not pay attention. I will say a lot was missing from description in the site when reserving. We got off boat during lunch and purchased drinks on the beach.

This trip was incredible! Our guide, Camilla, was so sweet and so knowledgeable, she made the whole experience run smoothly and made sure we had a great time. The boat trip was amazing, we saw thousands of tropical fish and birds, and floated in clear blue water on six different beaches. I would definitely recommend this trip to couples, families, or anyone looking to have an amazing ocean adventure!

Fantastic experience around ilha grande from rio de janeiro. Bruno our guide made sure we had an excellent time. Beaches, boat and lunch were out of this world.

What a fantastic day! Bruno our guide was amazing. We learned so much about Brazil and Rio and its culture. We can’t thank him enough for sharing and making our day. The Gide the driver and the boat driver were happy all day and made us feel like the most important guest they had ever had. The sites and beaches were like out of a movie and like nothing we have ever seen before. We highly recommend. The drive is worth every minute. We are definitely going to try and book some more time on the water with Bruno if we have time. Obrigada. Perfecto

Great tour by Leonardo around the Angra Dos Reis islands. Much longer drive with traffic than expected, about 3 hours from Copacabana, but a solid nap and we were off for beautiful weather, beaches, views and music. Leo helped us make some phenomenal caprinhas fresh on the boat and the food was great too. Would do again just with an earlier departure because it is a full day event,

We made a private boat-tour through the bay of Rio reaching the islands just off the coast of it, the organization was perfect. The explanations of our guide and the skipper were great, the snacks and drinks available on the boat were very convenient. We had a very nice day at the sea! thank guys

I recommend this tour if you want to relax while you enjoy a fantastic day on a speed boat surrounded by the sea and some beatiful islands.
We were picked up on time by Rodrigo (driver) and Camila (the guide). As soon as we were on the road Camila explained us what the itenerary and started to give us information about the landmarks we were seeing. We stayed in Ipanema so we crossed the whole city in our way to Angra Dos Reis, and we got more useful and interesting information about the city from Camila, than we got the day before when we paied a wholeday tour for the city.
Camila is fantastic we had a blast with her, she is very proffesional, super nice, funny, very knowledgable about Rio de Janeiro and Brazil in general, and speaks many other languages so we could communicate perfectly with her. In fact, we had such a great time in this tour that we ended up hiring GregTur and Camila for other two private tours we did during our holidays, and we got the same super service and experience.
It took us around 2h30m to get to Angra Dos Reis, the small town with the harbor where we took a speedy boat to go around the islands. We were very grateful with Camila's help with the locals because they inly speaky portuguese so it was difficult for us to get around and have a great time, that's why I don't recommend tourist to go on their own. Another thing we loved was the speedy boat, it has a reduce capacity so we were only 5 people in there and it was perfect. We saw other tours that were cheaper but the boat is huge and carries way to much people. This was more intimate and relaxing.
Because we went in COVID time Ilha Grande was closed, but we stopped in 4 other islands for about 40min: Praia do Dentista, Ilha Botinas, Praia Das Flechas, Ponta da Piedade and in another island for lunch (I don't remember the name). The islands are beatiful, swimming open ocean with such crystal clear and clean waters was amazing and very relaxing as not many people were around.
I don't remember the place were we had lunch but the food was good, but bare in mind that like many other places in Rio the portions are big, my boyfriend and I ended up stuffed. They don't offer a vegan option but the place had veggetarian plates.
We got home safe and sound thanks to Rodrigo, who is an excellent driver and such a nice guy. The van was spotless, fully equiped with air-condicionate, water and some snacks.
Renato, was the organizer of the trip. He contacted us as soon as we booked the trip and made sure everything and smoothly. Camila and
Renato were very helpful on finding a way to make happen this and the other tours we booked, even though there were some restrictions due to COVID-19 we had a great time.
