Burgundy Wine Tasting Small-Group Tour in Chablis from Paris

This was a great way to learn about the Chamblis region and some of the wineries found there. Our guide and driver was Nichola and he safely got our group from one winery to another while taking the time to explain the history, climate, and wines of the region.

We had three visits on this tour. The first to Jean-Marc Brocard was interesting and we learned about the process and the tasting was well planned. The second stop was Domaine Bersan. The tour was given by our driver and was not worth the time - a musty and dank location that made all of us drink our wine quickly to get out. We were told this is not a 'regular' stop on thr tour. The final stop was Bailly Lapierre, a co-op with tasting but no tour at all. Not sure I would recommend this tour - while we highly enjoyed the first location, I think a full day might be better spent tasting in Paris.

Gabrielle, our tour guide was amazing and an encyclopaedia of wines and led the tour of all the three wineries! Georgia from Jean-Marc Brocard keeping us highly engaged and entertained during the entire tasting session and that was the highlight of the tour! Will highly recommend this tour from Blue Fox Travel for anyone wanting to explore wine tasting tour in the Burgundy region!

The tour was a lot of fun and our guide was fantastic! However, I don't think it was worth the cost. It was a bit of a splurge for me and if I could do it again, I would skip this and do a more reasonably priced wine tasting in Paris. If money is no object, do it!

the views were breathtaking! definitely took lots of photos! the 3 wineries we went to were all so diverse, which made for a better experience! will was an excellent driver and guide, as well as enzo who was a delight! all in all, highly recommended!

Our guide Philippe was excellent!
The tour of the winery Jean Marc brocard was disappointing at best . Julien was condescending and insulting- he was distracted and the session lasted twice as long as it should have. He started the session by telling the group that we all knew nothing about wine tasting - he should be given some feedback that he made the group uncomfortable ( difficult to pay for being insulted) If we knew all about wine we would not have taken the tour! The wine was good but because of his insulting attitude we did not buy any
The other 2 stops were very nice
Fortunately Phillipe saved the day with his wonderful personality- also very informative
I would not recommend this tour to my family and friends

This tour was outstanding! Our guide Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The tour had the right balance of wine tasting, locations and logistics. The tour also was limited to a few guests making it very comfortable. We would highly recommend this tour to those interested in a fun, casual experience.

The wines were plentiful and wonderful. But the host, Matthew, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, personable, and well-versed on many topics. He kept what would ordinarily been a possibly tedious ride, interesting.
