Excellent cooking experience with someone who does not cook. We made eggplant Parmesan and ravioli with ricotta and mozzarella. Very fine and patient and the food came out great. Small very nice people.

We were promptly picked at 5:30 at the meeting place and transferred to the cooking school. We were a group of 9 cooks. We watched how to make fresh mozzarella. We made eggplant parmigiano and cheese ravioli. We were given a cup of tiramisu and wine with the dinner we made. We were transferred back to the meeting point by 8:30. A 3 hour excursion in total.
Another group was there making pizza instead of ravioli. I don't believe we were given a choice.
Actual cooking activity was about 1.5 hours. No recipes were given but pretty simple. Somewhat expensive for the experience.

Teresa was adorable! She was so nice and patient with us. The ravioli that we made with her guidance came out excellent it was a fun and informative experience.

We had such a great time making ravioli, eggplant parmesan, enjoyed eating tiramisu and tasting fresh mozzarella!!! The wine was delicious as well! We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and highly recommend it to others.

Absolutely brilliant. This was a birthday treat for the family.
The lady who took the course was excellent. We had the most fun we had all holiday doing this course.
We made fried pizza which was fantastic, and aubergine with cheese and ravioli.
Loved every minute of it and learnt masses about making pasta.
Cannot fault it and worth every penny for the memories.
I recommend this to every family.

Genuinely enjoyed this day so much! I was on my own (although there were 6 others doing the pizza class) so I had two teachers! Everyone was so friendly and generous, we had such a laugh. The atmosphere and the food were amazing. Couldn't recommend Laura and the team enough!
