NO NOTICE WHATSOEVER FROM THE LOCAL OPERATOR
IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST
Tried calling for information from the operator but it was out of reach.
It's appalling

The deck hand was very kind and offered us great conversation and additional historical information on buildings seen while on the tour. He also offered us a chance to visit the captains deck. Very friendly owners and deck hands. Thank you! I only wish I had gotten the kind gentleman’s name.

If you get sea sick this is not for you., also wear sunscreen and/or hat. Great views of Lady Liberty. Totally worth the price. They have food/bar/souvenirs as well.

Our first time to NY so we had to see the Statue of Liberty. The boat tour was great. It was long enough to be able to enjoy the sites and get some great pictures. Wear layers! It does get windy if you are outside. You can warm up by going inside the boat.

It was an excellent experience. We were able to go into the wheel room (not sure if that is correct). The crew was very friendly and I will be back and will also recommend to friends.

Up to now what I can say is that I've lost my money because the boat didn't show up. I asked for a refund and we'll see what it happens.

after I booked my experience, I got a call that the trip was cancelled and was given tickets to a different event, which was ok but I was still pretty upset
