We had a spectacular day with Ziaza(? Sp) and Achmed our driver.
We were picked up on time (turn right out of terminal and go around the cruiseline tour buses) and we had a full 12 hour tour.
Our guide recommended (and booked) golf carts for a large number of our party of 14. So glad he did! He also helped us get local currency to pay. We had ample time to visit as far as the theatre then walked back to the Treasury to get our return shuttles.
Our next stop was a lovely lunch at the beautiful Petra View Hotel. Buffet style and very nice (drinks not included).
Then off to Wadi Rum where we had 2 hours enjoying this beautiful desert - even walked a canyon the Lawrence of Arabia lived in. We had a blast on the back of the Toyota Hilux well side utes. Once we mastered scrambling on board we were away.
I am now back on board our cruise ship - exhausted but very happy.

We will not actually get to experience this tour in Fall 2020 due to COVID-19 and pause of cruising voyages. However, I would like to compliment JH for their understanding and prompt refund of $99 USD deposit. I will for sure look to book with them when we do get the opportunity to visit Aqaba and Petra.
