Didn’t even make it to the tour due to poor communication. Hurricane Lisa made landfall on our scheduled day, and despite us reaching out multiple times, we’ve heard no response. Extremely disappointing in the lack of professionalism.

Not worth it for this price. This place is overcrowded. You can see turtle eating a grass by holding a line that keep you far from that animal. The visibility is not so clear. You can see the turtle but not so many. It's noisy and very very crowded when turtle finaly show up. This became to commercial. It is better to buy a diving or snorkeling in a different place. Being able to swim freely and have a luck to see the turtle in their natural environment. After excursion you are taking to cenote when temperature of water is low. One hour in a water without swimming (you are like a buoy in a life jacket) then another in cold cenote. Cenote is worth to see and experience. Children had difficulty to go in as they were already cooled down after snorkeling. The park was not so nice. It is better to skip the turtle and the oark. Visit cenote on your own.

I was really looking forward to this trip. In some ways it more than lived up to expectations, in others it was a bit of a let down.

The pick-up was flawless. Two people (guests) didn’t bother to turn up which delayed matters but that was hardly the fault of the trip. The bus was comfortable and it arrived on time.

The first swim wasn’t great. We were told to stick with the guide at all times and not to swim alone. That’s fine but the guides have fins and the guests don’t. My guide just swam off and barely looked back. Every now and then he came back for us but we were mostly alone. If I was a weak swimmer I’d have been really worried.

During the first swim we saw several large turtles (amazing) but then seemed to swim around the (rather dull) beach for ages. Eventually the guide swam out to a coral reef which was much more interesting, lots of pretty fish and actual things to see. But by that point I’d be swimming for over 60 minutes with no fins. I’m a good swimmer but I was tired. Naturally my guide had disappeared into the distance and so I turned around and swam back to the beach myself. It was hard going and again, a weaker swimmer would have struggled.

The next snorkel was much better. The cenote was simply stunning. Crystal clear water and an amazing setting. This alone was worth the cost of the trip. There was a different guide and the cenote is quite small. As such the weaker swimmers felt safe and the stronger ones could swim off.

Lunch was ok. The “jungle” is just a glorified zoo.

I recommend this trip for the cenote. Weaker swimmers beware being abandoned in the lagoon.

Do not waste your money or time on booking this trip. We were told to be at our hotel lobby at 7:55 for pick up, we were here at 7:35 and have been waiting for two hours. We have sent numerous messages via viator and called the number provided but it just rings off. We also contacted viator who could not get hold of the operator either. It is the last day of our holiday so we won't get the opportunity to do the trip with another operator.

We did a snorkeling tour with Augusto as our tour guide in October 2017. I am paralyzed below my chest, so I use a manual wheelchair to get around. I am unable to stand or even move my legs on my own. Augusto made all the accommodations to make sure I was able to do everything on the tour! He went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience. He was also very informative and funny! Thank you!

Paulino, Dani, & Gio were our guides. From the time Chris picked us up at the Royal the trip was well planned. We took the ferry to Cozumel and from their took the boat to pick up the dive equipment. Then we got to experience three separate dives that were absolutely amazing! Some of the creatures we saw were sea turtles, lobsters, barracuda, a nurse shark, angel fish, trumpet fish, Trigger fish, Parrotfish, and Grouper. This was our first time in Mexico and my first time snorkeling. The crew were very patient and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them if you want to have the experience of a lifetime!

First, I would like to extend a shout out to Jorge our guide! What an amazing, funny, patient, and great teacher. I was new to the snorkeling, Jorge was kind enough to go over all the information in detail. He had much knowledge of the area bringing our adventure to memory book! Thank you Jorge and his crew.
