We kayaked in the mangroves and our guide, Connor, showed us baby sharks that swam under the kayaks and hidden birds that sat tucked away in the mangroves. After the kayaking we snorkeled at a sunken boat, not far from the kayak site. The captain and crew helped the first time snorkelers feel confident and safe. The crew was professional and passionate.

Spent the morning with Danger Charters on their half day excursion. It was really cool seeing the wild life at the sponge gardens and learning history about Key West from the crew. The kayaking portion might've been my favorite going through the mangrove tunnels. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Exploring the crystal clear water near the mangroves was awesome! Guide was very knowledgeable regarding the ecosystem and Key West history. The snorkeling was superb, lots of tropical fish and we saw an octopus as well. The traditional schooner we were on was really cool and authentic looking. The crew was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about all things Key West including the best place to eat seafood after we got back to the town. They really enhance the total experience. I highly recommend Danger Charters, we will do this again.

This tour was the highlight of our trip to the Keys! Brianna and Anna were so knowledgable about the area. We have been coming to Key West for years and learned so much more about the history and ecology through them. We sailed to one of the crews favorite patch reefs to snorkel and it was beautiful! Then we kayaked a mangrove island and saw sharks, conchs, stingrays and turtles! Afterwards, we floated with pool noodles and beers until it was time to head back to Key West. I can not recommend this trip enough. We are considering going on it again this week!

The Danger Charters Eco Tour is absolutely one of my favorite outdoor adventures to do. The mix of sailing, snorkeling, and kayaking through the mangroves is an experience that is unforgettable. This is my 4th time doing this trip and I will always go back whenever I visit. Special shout out to Brianna and Captain Pete for making this such a memorable adventure!

Definitely a highlight of the trip so far. Captain Joe’s crew was hardworking and professional but also entertaining and personable. Water was clear and warm, saw a few schools of fish and kayaked around a small island of mangroves. Cold Beverages and hors d’oeuvres served too. It was a great day all around highly recommend.

Don't let the name scare you! 😉My wife booked this trip for my birthday weekend. We had an incredible experience from start to finish. They are very well organized and well established charter in the area and everyone we interacted with (in the shop and our crew) were fun, friendly, and accommodating. Our captain, Logan, and crew members Dave, and Cloud were all amazing and made an excellent team. Crew provided us with amazing service throughout the trip. I loved that this boat wasn’t packed with a ton of people. We saw other snorkel boats go out with a ton of people packed on board. We liked the more intimate feeling of the sailboat. One of the coolest part of their boats is they actually sail their boats (weather permitting). We unfortunately had some sketchy weather conditions and had to drop the sails and use the motor, but it did not damper the trip one bit. We made it out just in time for the skies to clear and enjoy great snorkeling and kayaking around the reef. Saw a couple dolphins, a manatee, some lobsters. Cloud did an incredible job of educating everyone on board in a fun and captive way and her and Dave did an incredible job guiding us on the kayaks. Highly recommend this organization for any of their cruises and if you’re as fortunate as we were, you’ll get any or all of this crew!!
