Sergio with Epic was punctual, friendly, and accommodating. Very comfortable ride to and from the airport with air conditioning, and cold drinks offered.

Very bad experience. They were supposed to pick up us up from the resort to the airport. The driver showed up and waited for us because our checkout was complicated. When 5 minutes past I got a call telling me to go in the car and I went. I stood infront of the driver asking him where to put my bad and he said he will turn around. Turns out he was leaving. The driver was immensely rude to the vale guys infront of the resort. The asked him to move his car so other cars can pick up passangers but he got upset and spoke to them rudely while taking pictures of them. I think the ultimate reason he left was due to the altercation he had with the valet guys. It is so weird because we where right there ready to enter the car but all he said was “I’m gonna come back let me turn around”

Sergio was very kind, professional, and informative! His vehicle was incredibly clean and comfortable! He answered all of our questions and got us from the airport to hotel quickly and safely! 10/10 recommend! Thank you again Sergio!!

Transportation was air conditioned and driver was polite and personable. I had a scheduled 10:30 pick up at airport, but had to wait 30 minutes. Other than that, it was great.

Great shuttle service. Order and confirmation in email was very fast and accurate. Upon arrival only waited 15 min and was first drop off. Air conditioned bus. Friendly affordable service.
