Enjoy a comfortable transfer from the city (Porto) to the airport. Avoid the stress of travelling in public transportation. The airport is about 15 km from the city.

Driver did not show. They recommend three hours in advance, which is really a lot of time to go through the airport and is unnecessary for interisland transfers. So I went with them and confirmed for 3:00 am pickup. Driver did not show and called at 3:30 pm after we had already taken an uber since they were a no show. Must have been a miscommunication, but it was stressful at that time in the morning. They did offer a prompt refund due to the error, so that was commendable. I would maybe try this again, but wanted people to know of our experience and to verify with the operator the day before the pickup.

Our driver came earlier than the appointed time and we appreciated that fact since we like to be early to the airport especially when departing for a flight. The van was comfortable, clean and more than enough room for the luggage for the four of us. We were fortunate that we had an early flight so there was minimal traffic to the airport. We would definitely recommend using this company .

Our driver was on time and even communicated with us prior to arrival. Helped with our suitcases and got us to the airport quickly and efficiently.

There was no direct access to our lodging from the street so we were a little worried about missing the 6:15 am pickup. It was easy communicating our concern with the office. Paul (not sure if that's correct spelling) picked us ip early, was very professional, courteous as hellful with our big luggages,

Although the driver was late picking us up at the airport, he was really nice and took us to the hotel without any problems. It was a long ride from the airport to the hotel

Pick up time was confirmed via email not long after booking. The day of pick up from the hotel I received a WhatsApp message from the driver about 10 mins before the scheduled time. They were outside maybe 5 mins later. It was very convenient and the drive to the airport was very smooth. Would use the service again.

First, I would say thank you to viator. We wanted to change our departure time , so we sent an email with our request. They replied immediately and changed our departure.
The drivers were friendly, courteous and we felt comfortable with there driving.
