This class is amazing. We were a family group of 8 and everyone loved it. YUCa was an excellent teacher. I highly recommend her class. I can't wait to get home and use what I learned from her to make ramen and gyoza.

This is our second class with the lovely Yuca. We so enjoyed her ramen course in 2023 that we came back to do the okonomiyaki class this year.
Such a fun way to experience a little more of Tokyo life.
We caught a tram to yuca’s home, in northern Tokyo and had a fun couple of hours learning how to make gyoza and okonomiyaki.
It’s also a great way to meet like minded travellers. ( We shared our class with a lovely group of friends from Austria and Germany.)
Yuca has good English, is very organised, knowledgeable and happy to chat about daily life in Japan as well as teaching us how to cook delicious local fare. Highly recommend this class!

We thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend YUCa’s Okonomiyaki and Gyoza class. The class was held in her home and was very welcoming, nicely organized, and interactive. Beyond learning to make the dishes, YUCa provided cultural information that gave us a better understanding of the art of Japanese cooking. YUCa’s engaging nature made the class delightful and fun.

This was an amazing experience! Everything was very easy to follow and polite, her English is absolutely amazing as well, so conversations/instructions were very easy to follow.
Highly recommend giving it a go! The food was delicious, and I'll definitely be going back the next time I visit Japan 🫶

The cooking school experience was very fun and also interesting. Yuca is a patient and friendly teacher, who knows how to put you perfectly at ease. He gave us advice on adapting the recipes and replicating them at home even with slightly different ingredients that are more easily available in Italy. Grazia Yuca, see you next time :)

YUCa was awesome, the class was terrific - YUCa took the time to explain what each of the ingredients were, provided recipes so we could cook the dishes at home, and gave us tip sheets of where to visit in the area for kitchen tools, food to try and where to go for vintage kimonos. Such a warm welcome, YUCa is a wonderful host and teacher - and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend!

YUCa’s class was incredible! She was so sweet and welcomed us into her home right away. I requested how to make seasoned eggs and she was so happy to teach us. Her home was beautiful and it was so fun meeting other people from across the globe! I definitely recommend this cooking class to everyone!! Thank you YUCa!!
