Roxanne gave us a Wonderful, informative & lovely introduction to Reykjavik on our 1st morning tour. Even before we arrived she communicated with me, reassured us regarding our scheduled flight & tour time. She was accessible, easy to reach, responsive to making our 1st visit to Iceland very special. She happily accommodated us when our arrangements were slightly delayed. Our Reykjavik tour was fantastic. The local was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, guiding us through the city's fascinating history and unique landmarks. The one-hour tour gave us a great overview of Reykjavik and its highlights.
