Our whale watching trip was cancelled due to bad weather so we opted for the puffin tour the next day instead, and we were definitely not disappointed! The boat ride was fun in itself. We saw lots of puffins on and around Lundey island and our guide Rodrigo was great. The Dropbox photos that came a few days later were a really pleasant surprise! Highly recommended!

We saw so many Puffins. Our guide Emily was fantastic and explained information about the birds as we were watching them. We felt very safe on the boat. We highly recommend it if you are in Iceland during the summer.

Great tour operator, very comfortable boat with hydraulic seats, and the opportunity to see puffins pretty close up. Also, very convenient meeting place if you are staying near the harbor. Highly recommend this tour.
I would add the whale watching tour along with this if I could do it again as it was very nice being out on the water.

Superb puffin tour led by Emily. She was extremely friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. All outer warm weather gear was provided & it was fun to travel in a RIB. We saw hundreds of cute endearing puffins amongst terns and fulmars. 5/5

Very knowledgeable and accommodating staff.
Carlota provided us with the necessary information and advice to prepare us for what to expect on the 1 hour tour. She was patient and extremely helpful. And to top it off, she has a law degree.
Pedro, a marine biologist, was the captain of the boat and took us to two island habitats. He got the boat in as close as possible given that it was low tide, and was also able to steer the boat close to multiple groups of puffins that were in the water.
Emily, the tour guide, is also a marine biologist, and she was able to talk about the puffin habitats and life cycle, as well as answer all the questions the passengers had.
Quite an impressive staff of young adults.
With their help, we were all able to enjoy getting a pretty good view of puffin habitats in the Reykjavík area.

One of our "must do" items on our trip to Iceland was to see a puffin out in the wild. We got that with this boat ride, and a lot more. It's exhilarating to fly over the water on one of these boats. The scenery is gorgeous as well, both on the trip out and on the way back in.
This was one of the highlights of our trip, and one of the first places we put onto our list of places where we wanted to leave a review.
