From the first moment of starting the tour we saw that this was not a tour, it was a transfer to the cities. The person who promptly picks us up did not speak Spanish, nor English, at the request, I presented the phone with the google traslator. Upon arrival in Ortigia, he tells us that one hour he visited her (in his document there were four), when he arrived at Noto maximum two hours (which in his document were three), we were not transferred to the Roman village of Tellaro (We were told That was € 50 more, after discussing wassap with an alleged boss we passed another person who in English tells me that the road is cut). The duration of the tour was 12 hours, in 7 hours we had been dispatched. In summary: We felt scammed and what was a beautiful excursion was a fleeting and stressful ride. The driver was a good person that always tried to do the best, but he does know languages and we think is was not a profesional.

Tony was such a gem. He picked up me and my nine year old daughter at the cruise terminal and took us on a fantastic tour. It was horribly hot but Tony drove us in as close as he could to all the things we wanted to see and when we kept trying to wiggle out of certain destinations, he found ways to make them accessible for us. He is absolutely lovely. He loves his island and he is dedicated to sharing all the beautiful destinations with his passengers. He kept suggesting little additions to the tour -- and they blew our minds. Noto and Avila are amazing. So is Ortigia. Thank you, Tony, for being so patient and kind. We had so much fun with you.
