Armando was outstanding and his attention to detail and recommendations were greatly appreciated. Domenico had great skills as a driver. His expertise navigating the winding roads of the Amalfi Coast were second to none. I’m glad I wasn’t driving. Barbara was also a joy as she led us through the streets of Pompeii. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

We were a group of 4 couples. Our tour guide Chiara communicated with me the day before and the morning of with clear instructions, and we found her easily once outside. She was interesting and fun and made the tour very pleasant. She showed us where to shop for certain items, and recommended a restaurant in Sorrento and it was the best pizza and caprese we've had! She went out of her way to make sure all our needs were met.
Positano and Sorrento were beautiful. I had been to Pompeii before but it was good to have a guide this time, and so I was able to see some things that perhaps I had not seen the previous time. Our guide at Pompeii was also very informative.
This tour does involve a bus ride over gorgeous but winding roads through ever-present traffic, so be aware if you are prone to car sickness. The bus driver was very capable.

Wow!!! Positano, Amalfi Coat, & Pompeii was an incredible all day adventure. It’s a must tour if you only have one day here. Now we know where in Italy we must return. . Lucca, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and so informative. Niccoli was a master at maneuvering our bus through the tight streets. Such a memorable day!

We were a group of 7. Our tour guide was knowledgeable about the history and area of Sorrento. The ground is bumpy & the weather was hot so wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Eat the food, try everything made with lemon 🍋.

The trip was really nice and well organized, Domenico drives calmly but dedicated and Armando is joyful. It was a wonderful experience to see the famous Amalfi Coast! Would highly recommend this trip with you guys.

Luca was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and funny. Wish we had more time in Positano but hard to squeeze in when on a cruise. Nicola was a great bus driver as well…the roads are no joke.

Chiara was perfect. We were late because our rain was late, Chiara accommodated us and met us at the next meet up spot and gave us recommendations of what to visit in of what we missed. Patrizia with the Pompeii was very knowledgeable and gave a great tour!

There were some good and not so good aspects to our excursion. It was a little confusing trying to find our tour guide at the port as I hadn’t realized they had emailed me the night before with the guide’s name (so check your email!). We did not get to go to the Amalfi coast because the main road was closed due to a rock slide (not the tour operators fault obviously). The tour guide gave us an option to either drive the long way around the mountain or spend more time in Sorrento, which is what our group opted to do. Sorrento is beautiful and even the 3 hours we had there was not enough so I couldn’t imagine just spending 1.5 hrs. The bus was nice and comfortable. The tour guide on our bus was difficult to understand at times - I wasn’t sure if that was the microphone on the bus or his thick accent. I also would’ve expected more history on the area but we didn’t get much of that and I wasn’t impressed.
The Pompeii tour was very cool and the tour guide (different guide) was knowledgeable and interesting, but it was not a small group as advertised, it was our entire bus, which was around 24-26 people. Overall, Sorrento and Pompeii were excellent to see and they returned us to the ship with plenty of time. I did appreciate that they pick you up right at the port. An excursion worth considering but be prepared for a change in plans (and perhaps expectations).
