The tour description is misleading in every aspect
Instead of a private luxury tour it was a public basic tour.
Tour left 1 hour later than indicated leaving less time on Capri
No direct ferry to Capri but with a stop in Positano in both directions again leaving less time on Capri
No private car on arrival as booked and paid for, but use of public taxis with long waiting times
No luxury boat but a very basic boat with no seats, no shade, no drinks
Viator refused to refund despite of valid concerns.

A private boat picked us up from our hotel dock!! Our boat was gorgeous (38 ft) and fast!! Best part was our Captain Marco!
